Abstract
Apparat for å overvåke minst én fluoriserende lampe i et eksplosjonsfarlig område, der den fluoriserende lampen omfatter et lysrør med elektroder anordnet ved sine ender i form av glødekatoder, og en ballast, er forbedret for å forhindre en utilbørlig temperaturøkning mens den nødvendige eksplosjonsbeskyttelse ivaretas. Ved at overvåkningsanordningen omfatter minst én temperaturmåleanordning tilordnet en glødekatode og en spesielt elektronisk avbruddsanordning, gjennom hvilken avbruddsanordning kraftforsyningen ved hjelp av ballasten kan bli avbrutt når en forbestemt kritisk øvre temperatur er nådd eller oversteget.
