Abstract
Disclosed is a torch assembly and apparatus for manufacturing fluorescent lamp using the same which provides a torch assembly and a fluorescent lamp manufacturing device using this torch assembly, capable of largely shortening time required for these, due to manufacturing a fluorescent lamp in large quantities, particularly, being easy in a series of work for sealing a lamp manufacturing glass tube. The fluorescent lamp manufacturing device includes a chamber having a processing space of a specific size, a cassette for separably installing a plurality of lamp manufacturing glass tubes in a sealed atmosphere in response to the processing space, an adjusting means arranged inside the processing space, exhausting the inside of the plurality of lamp manufacturing glass tubes in this space and switching the atmosphere so as to be capable of gas and mercury injection work, and the torch assembly arranged outside the chamber and sealing an outer peripheral surface by melting cutting by directly heating the outer peripheral surface of the lamp manufacturing glass tubes installed on the processing space side.
