Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en nedihulls trykk- og vibrasjonsmåleinnretning integrert i rørseksjon (1) som del av et produksjonsrør (20). Måleinnretningens sensorhus (2) har en todelt klamp (3) på sensorhusets (2) øvre del, hvorfra flerleder kabelforbindelse (10) fra minst fire, fortrinnsvis seks nipler i rør (9) klamres opp langs produksjonsrøret (20) med føring gjennom brønnhodeinstallert utstyr til sensorer med elektronikkenhet (11) og kontrollenhet (12) over brønnhodet. Radielt jevnt fordelt i ringrommet (5) er strekklapper (7,8) festet med lim på innsidevegg av sensorhus og utsidevegg av rørseksjon (20). Strekklapper (7, 8) forbindes med glasspenetratorer (4) til elektriske ledere i kabelrør (9A) terminert i røroppheng (21) til elektronikkenhet (11) og en kontrollenhet (12). Måleinnretningen leser/ registrerer innvendig og utvendig overflatespenning på produksjonsrøret (20). For måling av temperatur vil et termometer bli integrert. Trykkmålingssignaler måler også vibrasjon i produksjonsrøret (20).
