Abstract
El aparato para su uso en la detección de temperatura en un sondeo, que comprende: una tubería metálica que comprende una pluralidad de módulos sensores de temperatura proporcionados en ubicaciones a lo largo del interior de la tubería, en donde la tubería está sujeta a y se extiende a través de al menos una pistola de perforación. Dichos módulos sensores de temperatura comprenden sensores de temperatura proporcionados al menos en parte por al menos un elemento semiconductor que tiene propiedades eléctricas que varían con la temperatura; una red eléctrica configurada para conectarse eléctricamente a los elementos semiconductores para que en uso permita la medición de las respectivas propiedades eléctricas de los elementos semiconductores para inferir una característica térmica del elemento semiconductor; y al menos un módulo de control eléctricamente conectado a múltiples módulos sensores de temperatura, a través de la red eléctrica, y configurado para recibir y procesar una señal eléctrica asociada con los módulos sensores de temperatura para permitir la inferencia de la temperatura de los elementos semiconductores y el entorno al que se encuentra expuesta la tubería en la ubicación de ese elemento semiconductor.
