S a m m e n d r a g Det beskrives regulatoriske celler som er i stand til å gjenopprette, opprettholde eller forbedre den stabile bruskfenotype av ekspanderte og passasjeførte kondrocytter. Disse re- gulatoriske celler er også i stand til å styre forløpere og stamceller til den kondrogeniske linje. En anriket populasjon av regulatoriske celler kan oppnås ved å høste de ikke-adherente celler i kulturmediet av en monosjiktkultur av P0-kondrocytter.
