Abstract
Den mobile akkvisisjonen av digitale landbaserte televisjonsprogrammer under tilstedeværelse av flere sendingsområder blir utført ved å bruke en kombinasjon av statisk topologisk informasjon og dynamisk informasjon innenfor den digitale strømmen. Statisk topologi for sendingscellene i et bestemt geografisk område blir brukt til å identifisere potensielle tilstøtende sendingsceller som tilbyr den samme digitale landbaserte kringkastings (DTB) tjenesten. Dynamisk PSI informasjon for en bestemt frekvens i en identifisert tilstøtende sendingscelle blir samlet inn og brukt til å gi sømløs transisjon av DTB tjenesten til den mobile videoinnretningen når den beveger seg fra en sendingscelle til en annen.
