Abstract

En kjernetråd, dannet av en hul ståltråd, tiltenkt å fremstille et sveisemetall som har en 0,02% konvensjonell flytgrense (?0,2) på 620 MPa eller over og en Charpy slagfasthet vE-60 ved -60?C på 50 J eller over for gasskjermet lysbuesveising. Kjernetråden inneholder 0,02 til 0,15 % av masse C, 0,3 til 1,4 % av masse Si, 1,2 til 3,5 % av masse Mn, 0,2 til 3,4 % av masse Ni, 0,02 til 2,0 % av masse Cr, 2,0 til 6,0 % av masse Ti, 0,1 til 2,2 % av masse Mo og 0,01 til 1,0 % av masse Mg. Et flussmiddel inkludert i kjernetråden inneholder TiO2 og MgO, slik som å møte ulikheten: (TiO2) / (MgO) > 4,7, der (TiO2) og (MgO) er TiO2-innholdet og MgO-innholdet i kjernetråden tilsvarende de henholdsvise forhold i masse av TiO2 og MgO holdt i flussmiddelet til kjernetråden.
