Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for å bygge en geologisk modell av en underjordisk formasjon begrenset ved seismiske data. Logger vedrørende geologiske egenskaper samles inn og det bygges en seismisk facies-kube. Logger vedrørende geologiske egenskaper og logger vedrørende seismiske facies blir så simulert. Deretter estimeres andelsfordelingen i ethvert punkt i undergrunnen ved hjelp av loggene samlet inn i brønnen og de simulerte loggene. En seismisk begrensning defineres deretter ved å bygge en litologisk facies-gjennomsnittsandelskube fra de estimerte andelsfordelingene. Til slutt bygges en geologisk modell der de geologiske egenskapene er begrenset ved denne litologisk facies-gjennomsnittsandelskuben. Anvendelse: spesielt utvikling av petroleumsreservoarer. 1
