Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen berører et nytt polypeptid som består av GAFA domenet og GAFB domenet tilhørende en fosfodiesterase 10 (PDE10) og det katalytiske domenet tilhørende en adenylat syklase, så vel som bruken av dette polypeptidet i en metode for å identifisere PDE10-modulatorer.
