Abstract

Arrangement for vedopptenning, for hurtig opptenning av fast brennstoff i vedovner, som fører til en reduksjon i utslippet av forurensete røykpartikler. The wood-burning unit comprises a horizontally placed bottom plate (1) connected to three vertical plates (2), which are formed with ventilation openings (3). The rear vertical plate has a baffle (4) on the top and a spacer (5). The two leading vertical plates are connected by a grid arrangement (6) which acts as a crib for the fuel. The cavity (7) under the grating arrangement is used for placing combustible medium under the fuel.
