Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte ved produksjon av sensorbrikker for fremstilling av en sensorbrikke som omfatter et substrat, et dekklag, et avstandslag anordnet mellom substratet og dekklaget, og et hult reaksjonsparti anordnet i avstandslaget. Fremgangsmåten omfatter et trinn hvor to eller flere limbånd (2, 3) festes til en tynn plate (1) som utgjør flere substrater (1a, 1b), eller en mengde substrater, for derved å skape et avstandslag og danne et hult reaksjonsparti av et mellomrom (4) som begrenses av en eller flere av limbåndene. Det blir da mulig å redusere volumuregelmessigheter og posisjonelle forskyvninger av de hule reaksjonspartier. Det er også beskrevet en sensorbrikke produsert ved hjelp av denne fremgangsmåte.
