Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte og en for drift av en brenner i en varmekraftmaskin, spesielt et gassturbinanlegg, med et brennerinnløp, som tilføres en blanding av brennstoff og bærergass som er anriket med oksygen, for forbrenning innenfor et brennkammer som slutter seg til brennerinnløpet (1) i strømningsretning. Oppfinnelsen utmerker seg ved følgende fremgangsmåtetrinn: - fremstilling av en første bærergasstrøm anriket med oksygen, kalt første oksidator-blanding, som tilsettes brennstoffet for dannelse av en første brennstoff/oksidator-blanding, samt fremstilling av en andre bærergasstrøm som er anriket med oksygen, kalt andre oksidator-blanding, - katalysering av den første brennstoff/oksidator-blanding for dannelse av en katalysert første brennstoff/oksidator-blanding hvor brennstoffet oksideres i det minste delvis, - blanding av den katalyserte første brennstoff/oksidatorblanding med den andre oksidator-blanding for å danne en andre brennstoff/oksidator-blanding og - antennelse og forbrenning av den andre brennstoff/oksidator-blanding.
