Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for omdanning av tunge tilførsler slik som tunge råoljer, tjærer fra oljesand-typer og destillasjonsrester, ved kombinert anvendelse av de følgende tre prosessenheter: hydroomdanning med katalysatorer i slurryfase (HT), destillasjon eller flash (D), avasfaltering (SDA),av de tre enhetene opererer på blandede strømmer bestående av frisk tilførsel og resirkulerte strømmer, ved anvendelse av de følgende trinn: å føre minst en fraksjon av den tunge tilførselen til en avasfalteringsseksjon (SDA) i nærvær av hydrokarbon-løsningsmidler idet det oppnås to strømmer, en bestående av avasfaltert olje (DAO), den andre av asfalter; å blande asfalten med en passende hydrogeneringskatalysator og eventuelt med den gjenværende fraksjon av tung tilførsel som ikke er ført til avasfalte-ringsseksjonen og å føre den oppnådde blandingen til en hydrogenbehandlingsreaktor (HT) som hydrogen eller en blanding av hydrogen og HS fylles inn i; å føre strømmen inneholdende hydrogenbehandlings-reaksjonsproduktet og katalysatoren i dispergert fase til ett eller flere destillasjons- eller flashtrinn (D) hvorved de mest flyktige fraksjoner separeres, blant hvilke gassene produsert i hydrogenbehandlingsreaksjonen; å resirkulere minst 60 vekt%, foretrukket minst 80%, mer foretrukket minst 95%, av destillasjonsresten (tjære) eller væske som forlater flashenheten, å bringe katalysatoren i dispergert fase, som er rik på metallsulfider produsert ved avmetallisering av tilførselen og eventuelt koks, i kontakt med avasfalteringssonen.Process for the conversion of heavy feeds such as heavy crude oils, tar sands from oil sands and distillation residues, by combining the following three process units: hydroforming with slurry (HT) catalysts, distillation or flash (D), asphalting (SDA), of the three units operate on mixed streams consisting of fresh feed and recycled streams, using the following steps: feeding at least a fraction of the heavy feed to a deasphalting section (SDA) in the presence of hydrocarbon solvents to obtain two streams, one consisting of asphalted oil (DAO), the other of asphalt; mixing the asphalt with a suitable hydrogenation catalyst and optionally with the remaining fraction of heavy feed which has not been fed to the asphalting section and feeding the obtained mixture to a hydrotreating reactor (HT) into which hydrogen or a mixture of hydrogen and HS is charged; conducting the stream containing the hydrotreating reaction product and the catalyst in the dispersed phase to one or more distillation or flash stages (D) thereby separating the most volatile fractions, among which the gases produced in the hydrotreating reaction; to recycle at least 60% by weight, preferably at least 80%, more preferably at least 95%, of the distillation residue (tar) or liquid leaving the flash unit, to bring the catalyst into dispersed phase, which is rich in metal sulphides produced by demetallization of the feed and possibly coke, in contact with the asphalting zone.
