Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en metallforet komposittstigerørseksjon (200) for bruk ved offshoreanvendelser og som inneholder en fellelås (240) metall-til-komposittgrensesnitt for å feste et flertall strukturelle komposittoverviklingslag omkring en metallforingssammenstilling. Hver fellelås er tildannet med minst én ringformet rille (250) eller kanal som er tildannet i den ytre overflate av metallforingssammenstillingen. De ringformede felleriller kan ha forskjellige geometrier og kan være anordnet inntil hverandre slik at det dannes en fellelås med 2 til 8 eller et hvilket som helst antall riller som kreves for å sikre god adhesjon mellom komposittoverviklingslagene og metallforingssammenstillingen. Et antall strukturelle komposittoverviklingslag (350) er sikret omkring sammenstillingen ved oppbygging av vekselvise kombinasjoner av skrueformede og sløyfefiberviklinger for å dannet et komposittmateriale. Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer også en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av slike komposittstigerørseksjoner.
