Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører et system som omfatter et antall lysemitterende dioder, LED-enheter. LED-enhetene kan styres på flere måter for å oppnå ethvert av en eller flere formål med systemet. Følgelig kan LED-enheten styres ved å styre minst to av de følgende parametere: Lysintensiteten til hver av LED-enhetene, lysstrømmen til hver av LED-enhetene, fargespektret til lyset som emitteres fra hver av LED-enhetene, det spatiale strålemønsteret til lyset som emitteres fra hver av LED-enhetene, grenseskikttemperaturen til hver av LED-enhetene, omgivelsestemperaturen til LED-enheten, strømstyrken til den elektriske effekten som tilføres hver LED-enhet eller hver seksjon av LED-enheter, spenningen til den elektriske effekten som tilføres hver LED-enhet eller hver seksjon av LED-enheter og pulseringen som påføres den elektriske effekten som tilføres hver LED-enhet eller hver seksjon av LED-enheter.
