Abstract

Et oppfangingselement (14, 24) for retting av infrarød stråling fra trommehinnen (10) mot et mottakerelement (19), er anordnet i en innerste ende (18) av ørepluggen (15), og ørepluggens indre del (15a) har en form og en lengde som sikrer at ørepluggens innerste ende (18) i bruk befinner seg i en posisjon mellom trommehinnen (10) og øregangens (4) innerste bøy (2).
