Abstract

En fremgangsmåte og brønn for avsalting av vannførende sjikt med saltholdig vann, hvor saltholdig vann fra det vannførende sjikt strømmer fra et vannførende lag under overflaten inn i et innstrømningsområde for vannførende sjikt nede i brønnen i en produksjonsbrønn for avsaltet vann hvor det er anordnet en sammenstilling nede i brønnen av en eller flere membraner for avsalting og/eller rensing, som separerer det vannførende sjikt med saltholdig vann til en primær strøm av avsaltet vann som produseres gjennom brønnen til overflaten og en sekundær strøm av konsentrert avvist saltoppløsning som kan anbringes i en anbringelsessone for saltoppløsning under overflaten.
