Abstract

En forbindelsesenhet for fremstilling av en dataforbindelse mellom to databehandlingsanlegg, hvor enheten i avhengighet av en forespørsel fra et første databehandlingsanlegg (2) utløser forbindelsen med et andre databehandlingsanlegg for overføring av et i dette innlagt dataelement, idet det andre databehandlingsanlegg og dettes forespurte data- element av det første databehandlingsanlegg er betegnet ved hjelp av en adresse. Særlig for data- forbindelser med spesielle ytelseskjennetegn, så som eksempelvis spesiell hastighet, gebyrer eller spesiell sikkerhet, skal det tilveiebringes en gunstig og kompatibel forbindelsesenhet (3). Dette skjer ved hjelp av en forbindelsesenhet (3) med en adresse- generator som i avhengighet av den forespurte adresse genererer en andre adresse og utløser oppbyggingen av dataforbindelsen til det ved hjelp av den andre adresse betegnede databehandlingsanlegg og dettes dataelement. Ved hjelp av utvelgelsen av den andre adresse og utløsningen av forbindelsesoppbyggingen blir det på denne måte mulig for typen av forbindelse å tilfredsstille de spesielle krav til det etterspurte dataelement.
