Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører anvendelsen av gly- sintransportinhiberende a,a -difenyl-1-piperidinbutan- amider ved fremstillingen av medikamenter for behandling av forstyrrelser i det sentrale og perifere nervesystem, spe- sielt psykoser, smerte, epilepsi, nevrodegenerative sykdommer (Alzheimers sykdom), slag, hodetraume, multippel sklerose og lignende. Oppfinnelsen omfatter ytterligere nye forbindelser, deres fremstilling og deres farmasøytiske former.The present invention relates to the use of glycine transport inhibitory α, α-diphenyl-1-piperidine butanamides in the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of central and peripheral nervous system disorders, especially psychoses, pain, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease) , stroke, head trauma, multiple sclerosis and the like. The invention further encompasses novel compounds, their preparation and their pharmaceutical forms.
