Oppfinnelsen omfatter ytterligere nye forbindelser, deres fremstilling og deres farmasøytiske former.The present invention relates to the use of glycine transport inhibitory α, α-diphenyl-1-piperidine butanamides in the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of central and peripheral nervous system disorders, especially psychoses, pain, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease) , stroke, head trauma, multiple sclerosis and the like. The invention further encompasses novel compounds, their preparation and their pharmaceutical forms.
