Description

Innfelt uttak: for armatur..
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et innfelt uttak for armatur, beregnet til å anbringes ved takkanten. Sådanne uttak kommer stadig mere til anvendelse i stedet for det vanlige uttak som var anbragt midt i taket, idet uttakene monteres med passende mellomrom på veggen langs takkantene.
De vanlige takbokser egner seg mindre vel for denne montering, da de
har et lampeuttak festet i ledningen som stikker ut gjennom boks-lokket, og dette uttak blir deretter dekket av armaturens takskive. Ved vegg-montering av slike bokser er det ingen tilsvarende skive, og monteringen blir derfor mindre pen. Bl.a. av denne grunn er vanlige vegguttak kommet til anvendelse for formålet, men disse har sin begrensning ved
at de er topolede og således ikke gjor det mulig å anvende armaturer med kronekobling. Videre er de forholdsvis dyre og skjemmende, samt omstendelige å montere. Oppfinnelsen går ut på et uttak som er billig å fremstille og lett å montere, for anbringelse ved takkanten, og det særegne består i en uttak-del av i og for seg kjent type, forbundet med en skive og som har et endepartl som fra begynnelsen av er lost, hvilken uttakdel har plass for tre kontakthylser som, når de er fort inn i uttak-
delen settes fast på sine plasser ved at endepartiet anbringes permanent,
f.eks. ved fastkitting mens det etterlates fri adgang til kontakthylsenes tilkoblingsdeler.
Oppfinnelsen skal nå beskrives nærmere under henvisning til vedfoyde
tegning.
Fig. 1 viser uttaket i henhold til oppfinnelsen sett forfra.
Fig. 2 viser uttaket sett fra siden.
Uttaket består av en vanlig skive 1, til hvilken det slutter seg en
uttak-del 2. Denne del har et endepartl 3 som til å begynne med er lost og den inneholder plass for tre kontakthylser h (fig. 1), som hver i den annen ende på vanlig måte bærer en tilkoblingsdel 5 (fig. 2). Etter innlegging av kontakthylsene anbringes uttakets endepartl 3, f.eks. ved kitting, slik at hylsene h settes fast og det oppnås den ferdige og ulbselige enhet som er vist i fig. 2.
Det er klart at det ved hjelp av denne enkle engangsforbindelse oppnås
en betydelig nedsettelse av fremstillings-omkostningene sammenlignet med den vanlige forbindelse med utvendig gjenget ende på uttaket og en innvendig gjenget lokkdel. Også monteringen forenkles åpenbart ved at det ikke finnes noen lose deler, som må skrus av fb<*>r tilkobling kan finne sted, og deretter igjen skrus på. Den forenklede fremstilling gjcSr det også mulig å bruke langt mere sammentrengte dimensjoner enn tidligere,
noe som er fordelaktig både av hensyn til materialer og utseende.

  1. Innfelt uttak for armatur, beregnet for montering ved takkanten,
    karakterisert ved en uttakdel (2) av i og for seg kjent type, forbundet med en skive (1) og med til å begynne med lost endepartl (3), hvilken uttakdel (2) har plass for tre kontakthylser C+) som etter innfbrlng i uttakdelen (2) holdes på plass ved permanent anbringelse f.eks. ved kitting av endepartlet (3) idet det etterlates fri tilgang til kontakthylsenes tilkoblingsdeler (5)*
