På denne måte kan der ikke bare oppnås tett forbindelse mellom flensens 19 ytterside og rillens 24 innerside, men forbindelsesveggen 27 vil også state opp til forbindelsesveggen 18 på kanten 15 for dannelse av en sekundærtetning når bunndelen anvendes i omvendt stilling sammen med overdelen eller dekslet. Da håndtakene 21, som beskrevet, skråner oppad når bunndelen er i normal stilling, vil der også med bunndelen i omvendt stilling fåes bekvemt grep, idet håndtakets hele flate 41 da vil vende skrått nedad.
