Abstract
Description
Title: Shaker for cleaning materials with movable bar-shaped vibrating elements (rubble, stones, etc.) that can be mounted on any (earth-moving) machine.
Shaker for cleaning materials (soil, stones, rubble, etc.) that can be mounted on any (earthmoving) machine, equipped with forced movable bar-shaped vibrating elements.
Auxiliary tools that are used in all kinds of earth-moving machines, such as grabs, buckets for excavating and moving materials, are generally known. In many cases the implement is operated hydraulically from 1 central point of the machine. This allows different movements, adapted to the required work. For splitting materials e.g. in parts of the various sizes, little or nothing is known in combination with the usual applications.
The only method then used by the operator is to briefly move the entire bucket and contents up and down through the normal hydraulic facility. Of course, its effect is minimal, notwithstanding the additional burden of the technical implementation not calculated on it.
The invention aims to overcome these drawbacks by a new design of a so-called shaking tray, which can be applied to all current basic machines. This shaking tray (or vibrating tray) is composed of a frame, consisting of two side surfaces, which are connected at the front by a strip, the "baking knife", and at the rear by two profiles, between which the suspension is mounted on the basic machine .
Between the two side surfaces are a series of bar-shaped elements, hinged at the front on the baking knife, at the rear via a composite crankshaft and eccentric at the top of the frame. Movement of the eccentrically causes the bucket and thus also the bars to vibrate directly, causing the material lying on it to be shaken and a sieving effect to be effected.
This creates a separation in the size of the parts, depending on the mutual distance between the bars.
All this will be further elucidated on the basis of the accompanying drawings.
fig. 1-6 en 13).Fig. 1 shows a cross-section over the tray for Figs. 4 to 10, some examples of applications. The box consists of a frame, composed of a knife-shaped member (fig. 1-1) on the front, to which are attached the two side surfaces (fig. 1-12), and on the back of two profiles (fig. 1-6 and 13).
1-5, fig. 2-5, fig. 3-5), die is gelagerd in hoofdlagers (fig. 3-4). A number of curved bar-shaped members (fig. 1-2) are hinged on the knife-shaped part (fig. 1-1) between the two side surfaces, which members are connected at the top by a number of eccentric crankpins (fig. 1-3, Fig. 2-3). These crankpins are part of a composite crankshaft (fig. 1-5, fig. 2-5, fig. 3-5) which is mounted in main bearings (fig. 3-4). These main bearings are firmly attached to the frame (fig. 1-6). The assembled crankshaft can be driven by a hydraulic motor (fig. 1-14) via e.g. a toothed belt (fig. 1-7) are driven and vibrates the whole by the eccentric bearings (fig. 2-3).
2-8, fig. 3-8).All bearings are additionally protected against external non-perpendicular loads and dirt ingress by means of support rings and cup springs (fig. 2-8, fig. 3-8).
The two rear profiles (fig. 1-6 and 13) are connected in vertical direction by two or more mounting plates (fig. 1-15). These mounting plates have mounting holes (fig. 1-9) between which an adapter plate is mounted via an elastic connection similar to that of the basic machine (fig. 1-10), so that less vibrations are transferred to the basic machine. The bar-shaped elements are connected transversely to each other approximately half way in groups (fig. 1-11), in order to prevent deflection due to the load and thus guarantee a correct sorting size.
