Description
Wegwerp-luier met aanhechtend alarm.Disposable diaper with alarm attached.
There are many types of diapers in the current market with different designs and functions. After an investigation, we noticed that a lot of emphasis is placed on the quality and design of the product to enhance its hygienic effects. For example: high absorbency, comfort and convenience ... etc. As mass production reduces the cost of the product, even more emphasis is placed on the disposability of the diapers available on the market. In general, we dispose of the used diaper by wrapping it with the adhesive tape already attached, so that it can be discarded in a clean manner. The use of diapers is intended to provide convenience to users, but not to increase their inconvenience if the diapers are not changed in time.
For this reason, users should be under constant care and attention so that the wet diapers can be constantly changed, thus avoiding discomfort and excretion infections. It is a troublesome and tiring activity for those who care for babies and patients. They should constantly check these by removing the blanket, taking off the pants, then checking the diaper by touching, smelling or removing the diaper.
This is a bothersome process for both users and those taking care of them, especially those professional nurses who work in hospitals or institutions, because they have many babies, patients and elderly people under their responsibility.

As shown in Fig. 1, this invention consists of two main parts: a diaper and an alarm.
In the outer layer of the diaper there are two suitable pockets (11), one at the front and the other at the back. When the user is lying on his back, we stop the alarm in the forehead, and vice versa. In other words, the user's lying position does not affect the effectiveness of this invention. The alarm can be conveniently clamped in both ways, depending on the user's need.
The shape of the alarm (2) is like a properly sized shell with battery power, IC, IC plate, speaker and other electronic parts. On the shell there is a hole for the sound outlet that fits into the cavities (11) of the diaper (1). Since the diaper cavity (11) is the same size as the alarm (2), it can be easily tucked into the cavity without any contact with the skin. In addition, the alarm can be designed with a spring clip (as shown in Fig. 2). It is easy to confirm the alarm firmly. Those who care for babies or patients can perform their task by only paying attention to the alarm. This will significantly reduce their workload. Another design is considered in a thin, round and smooth shape. The user is more comfortable when the alarm is used.
The sound output hole (21) of the alarm (2) is facing outwards. Since the warning signal will not be absorbed by the diaper, the sound effect will be heard better and more clearly. The alarm fits the size of the cavities (11) of the diaper (1), and the terminals touch the conductors (12) at the ends of sight lines (13). These conductors can be designed in a larger size to maintain good contact with the alarm terminals (2). The two detection lines (13) are located in the inner layer (14) of the diaper (as shown in Fig. 2). When the inner layer (14) absorbs a certain moisture, this puts the two lines of observation in working condition. As shown in Fig. 4, the alarm (2) with its electronic components and terminals (22), conductors (12) and sensing lines (13) forms an active electronic circuit and then makes the alarm sound as pleasant music. Due to the diaper's moisture, the music sounds continuously, letting the nurse know to come and change it until the alarm is cleared.
After analyzing production costs and technology, this invention, including alarm (2) and the diaper itself, is a viable one as we can keep the alarm and use it repeatedly. Although we throw the diaper away after using it, we also emphasize on its unit cost. While preserving its original functions, the production costs and technology of the conductors and sight lines can be reduced, and the design can be changed or simplified. As shown in Fig. 5, the observation lines (13) are printed on a thin paper with conductive materials (such as carbon, silver glue ... etc.) At the same time, the ends of the observation lines can be enlarged and used as conductors.
Today, printed circuit technology is widely used in electronic industries, and there is no problem in any production process of this invention. We can produce it widely and very efficiently in order to reduce production costs. In addition, with the ordinary diaper generally insulated paper sandwiched between inner layers, the observation lines (13) can be printed on the same paper. This does not affect the functioning of the diaper. The observation lines (13) can be parallel or curved. The distance between two sensing lines (13) in the center section can be widened by a special design to obtain different sound effects and to prevent the alarm from sounding in low humidity.
The main object of this invention is to provide a new design and construction of a disposable diaper with adhesive alarm. In fact, six names are used but can be easily separated. The consumer can dispose of the used diaper and keep the alarm for repeated reuse. This is very economical and practical. Another aim is to provide a simple observation construction between the alarm and the diaper. Each cavity in the diaper has two conductor members connected to sensing lines. When the alarm is attached to the cavity, they form an electronic circuit. While the detection lines get wet at the same time, they are in working condition and emitting the alarm sound. The alarm can even be attached to one of the diaper cavities as required by the user. It makes the alarm sound better and has more effect.
