Claims (6)

1. A diaper structure having a wireless transmission function, comprising:
the body is provided with an inner layer, an absorption layer and a waterproof surface layer, wherein the absorption layer is positioned between the inner layer and the waterproof surface layer, and the waterproof surface layer and the inner layer are made of artificial fibers;
at least one wireless emitting piece which is made of metal fiber and is formed on the waterproof surface layer or the inner layer in a needle-punched and continuous and uninterrupted mode; and
a wireless signal generator, which is installed on an installation area of the body and has a connection part corresponding to the wireless transmitting member, the connection part and the wireless transmitting member are contacted with each other, when the wireless signal generator senses the existence of urine, the wireless signal generator sends a signal through the wireless transmitting member, the mode of detecting the urine by the wireless signal generator is to detect through resistance, to know whether the urine is discharged through the change of resistance value, and to send a signal through the wireless transmitting member according to the change value, the wireless signal generator has a urine detecting unit, a signal coding unit and a frequency modulation unit, the wireless signal generator detects whether the absorption layer is wetted by urine through the urine detecting unit, when the urine detecting unit detects the urine wet state, the signal coding unit codes to form a urine wet signal, then the encoded urine wet signal is transmitted to the frequency modulation unit for loading so as to load the urine wet signal on a carrier wave, and the wireless signal generator outputs the loaded urine wet signal through the wireless transmitting part;
wherein, when the wireless signal generator is arranged in the mounting area and detects that the absorption layer absorbs liquid, the wireless signal generator is contacted with the wireless transmitting piece through the connecting part so as to send a urine wet signal to a server,
when artificial fiber is drawn, the wireless transmitting piece and the drawn artificial fiber are mutually twisted and combined, and then the wireless transmitting piece and the drawn artificial fiber are mutually formed into the inner layer or the waterproof surface layer with the other artificial fiber, the distribution area ratio of the wireless transmitting piece in the waterproof surface layer or the inner layer is 5-30%, the distribution ratio of the wireless transmitting piece and the artificial fiber is 8:92,
the wireless transmitting piece is made of silver metal fibers with the diameter smaller than 1mm, so that the wireless transmitting piece has the functions of sending signals and sterilizing.
2. A diaper structure having a wireless transmission function, comprising:
the body is provided with an inner layer, an absorption layer and a waterproof surface layer, wherein the absorption layer is positioned between the inner layer and the waterproof surface layer, and the waterproof surface layer and the inner layer are made of artificial fibers;
a plurality of wireless transmitting pieces, which are made of metal fibers, are formed on the waterproof surface layer or the inner layer in a needle-punched and continuous and uninterrupted manner, are positioned at the positions where the waterproof surface layer and the absorbing layer are mutually contacted or the positions where the inner layer and the absorbing layer are mutually contacted, are arranged at intervals, and indicate that the inner layer, the absorbing layer or the waterproof surface layer are wetted by urine when the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces are mutually conducted; and
the wireless signal generator is arranged on an installation area of the body and is provided with a plurality of connecting parts corresponding to the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces, the connecting parts are contacted with the wireless transmitting pieces, and when the wireless signal generator senses that the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces are mutually conducted, the wireless signal generator sends signals through the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces;
wherein, when the wireless signal generator is arranged in the installation area, the wireless signal generator transmits current to the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces, if the inner layer, the absorption layer or the waterproof surface layer are wetted by urine, the plurality of wireless transmitting pieces are mutually conducted, the wireless signal generator is mutually contacted with the wireless transmitting pieces through the connecting part so as to send a urine wet signal to a server,
when the artificial fiber is drawn, the wireless transmitting piece and the drawn artificial fiber are mutually twisted and combined, and then the wireless transmitting piece and the other artificial fiber are mutually formed into the inner layer or the waterproof surface layer, and the distribution area ratio of the wireless transmitting piece in the waterproof surface layer or the inner layer is 5 to 30 percent,
the wireless transmitting piece is made of silver metal fibers with the diameter smaller than 1mm, so that the wireless transmitting piece has the functions of sending signals, detecting whether urine exists and sterilizing.

The diaper structure according to claim 2, wherein the wireless signal generator has an electrical conduction sensing unit and a signal encoding unit, the electrical conduction sensing unit transmits current to the plurality of wireless transmitting members to determine whether the inner layer, the absorbing layer or the waterproof surface layer have liquid to make the plurality of wireless transmitting members mutually conducted, when the plurality of wireless transmitting members are detected to be in a conducting state, the signal encoding unit encodes the urine wetness signal to be transmitted by the wireless signal generator.

A diaper structure according to claim 3, wherein the wireless signal generator further comprises a frequency modulation unit, the signal encoding unit transmits the encoded urine wetness signal to the frequency modulation unit for loading, so as to load the urine wetness signal onto a carrier, and the wireless signal generator outputs the loaded urine wetness signal via the wireless transmitting member.
5. A diaper construction according to claim 2, wherein the radio transmitter is coated with an insulating layer on a side thereof adjacent the inner layer, and an electromagnetic shielding layer is deposited thereon, the electromagnetic shielding layer not directly contacting the radio transmitter.
6. A diaper construction according to claim 5, wherein the electromagnetic shielding layer is made of copper, aluminum, steel or silver.
