Abstract

The ice skate rests via sole and heel supports on a bar equipped with a steel skate blade, each support being secured to the bar by a central bolt, inserted from the top via a hole in the sole or heel, and engaging in a tapped hole in the bar. The bolts at the same time detachably secure the supports (6,7) to the sole and heel (4,5), their heads engaging with the latter. The hole in the sole can be a slot extending across the shoe.
