Abstract
Description
WERKWIJZE VOOR HET VERVAARDIGEN VAN EEN SCHAATS EN ZODOENDEMETHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SKATE AND SUITABLE
VERVAARDIGDE SCHAATSMANUFACTURED SKATE
According to the state of the art, the production of Norwegian skates requires a large number of operations to assemble a large number of different parts, often requiring tools such as a soldering apparatus.
The present invention aims to provide an economical method for the production of Norwegian skates.
Such an object is achieved in the method according to claim 1.
The invention further provides an aerodynamic, light and sturdy skate.
Nadere details, kenmerken en voordelen van de onderhavige uitvinding zullen beschreven worden aan de hand van uitvoeringsvormen daarvan, met verwijzing naar de bijgevoegde tekening, waarin tonen:Further details, features and advantages of the present invention will be described by way of embodiments thereof, with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which:
Fig. 1 een geëxplodeerd perspektivisch aanzicht, 4- gedeeltelijk in doorsnede van een hoge noorse schaats, op te bouwen met de werkwijze volgens de onderhavige uitvinding; enFig. 1 is an exploded perspective view, partly in section, of a high Norwegian skate, constructed using the method of the present invention; and
Fig. 2 een overeenkomstige, lage noorse schaats.Fig. 2 a corresponding, low Norwegian skate.
A sliding iron 1 (fig. 1) is mounted in a holder 2, e.g. nailed through nail holes 3. The holder 2 has a flat top wall 10 in which screw holes 4 are arranged, in which connecting rods 5 and 5, respectively. 6 can be screwed. The sliding blade is provided with recesses 7 and 6 to accommodate the ends of the connecting rods. 8. A molding 9, preferably injection molded from plastic, is placed over the connecting bars 5, 6 and the holder 2. The molding 9 comprises a rounded front and rear end 11 and 11, respectively. 12 to prevent an individual from hurting himself on the iron, an aerodynamically sloping front wall 13 and an aerodynamically sloping rear wall 14. At the height of the connecting rods 5, 6 the molding 9 is provided with reinforced bushings 15 and 10, respectively. 16, which connects to the outer wall 19 and 18 via connecting pieces 17, 18. 21 of the molding 9 are connected. The connecting rods 5, 6 extend through the bushes 15, 16 through transverse slots 22 and 16 respectively. 23 in a chopping plate 24 resp. a front plate 26 and are attachable thereto by means of rings 27 and nuts 28. The chopping and front plate are, for example, made of aluminum and are attached to a shoe 30 provided with an insole 29, e.g.
In order for different shoe sizes to require only one mold for the front piece and one for the back piece, the molding preferably consists of a front piece 20 and a back piece 25, glued together at weld 35. The moldings are preferably also glued to the holder 2.
In the low Norwegian skate manufactured according to the method of the present invention (fig. 2), a layer of molding 31 (Η2 * *ι (fig. 1)) is applied using connecting rods 32 resp. 33 which are shorter than the connecting rods 5 and 6. Therefore, the production of such low and high Norwegian skates can be standardized, which is important in series production.
The moldings 9 and 31 of the skate according to the present invention differ for skates of different lengths, i.e. per different foot size only in size S, which considerably simplifies the production of the (plastic) moldings.
