Abstract

The brick-cleaning machine has a feed conveyor for the bricks, leading to a track where cleaning rollers mounted above and below it turn in the direction opposite to the brick travel direction, while transport rollers are mounted before and after the cleaning ones. The rollers (15 - 18) above the track rotate in a frame (35) adjustable up and down on guide bars (36). These bars can be perpendicular to the planes through the top (15-18) and bottom (11-14) transport rollers. The shaft of each roller can turn at two points in a bearing sleeve (37), the bearing point nearest the roller being movable freely for 3mm at least in a direction perpendicular to the plane through the rollers.
