Abstract

The tall plant support is particularly for use in gardens and hothouses. It comprises an annular section with two parallel cross-bars close together, each with a small recess at the centre, accommodating stems between 8 and 12mm diameter. The bars are flexible, so that stems of different diameters can be accommodated and growth upwards proceeds unhindered, the bars tilting to the side to allow this. The support may be inserted at the start of the growth process, and as the growth process continues the annular section can easily be adjusted for height.
