Abstract
A star circuit cable network for distribution of television or similar signals from an output amplifier station to a network of subscribers using separate coaxial cables for each subscriber. In which the cables are cut to approximate length, and taken as a bundle from which the individual cables depart at appropriate points. A certain slack is left at each subscriber position to permit later alterations without the need for joints. The separation of the cables and the avoidance of cable joints reduces risk of crosstalk and simplifies installation.
