Abstract

The metal profiled strip is particularly of aluminium and for use with panels of asbestos cement, fitting over the edges, and having a section at right angles, running in the lengthwise direction and towards the panel. Lengthwise grooves (4) are formed in this latter section (3). The strip can be of T-section, the column forming this section and the bar the enclosing section (8, 9). There is a flange (10) running along one or both free edges of the bar, extending towards the same side as the column, the grooves in which form anchoring ribs on both sides of it.
