Abstract

Formed pieces of dough in partic. a weak batter, are made using a conveyor belt with a doser above it. The pieces are sepd. by a cutter and the doser reciprocates so that during the dosing it moves with the conveyors. A length of thin matl. is placed above the conveyor and moves with it and under the doser is a table which moves up, lifting the thin matl., during the dosing. Appts. is used for making forms from weak dough with dias. up to 200 mm and with vertical sides. Virtually no stress is put on the pieces so the dough needs to have little strength. All the pieces have the same form and vertical sides. By lifting the table all the pieces have the same height.
