Abstract
Metallic film resistances are produced by chemically forming a coating on the surface of a heat resistant insulating substrate, electrolytically forming layers on top of this and submitting the coated substrate to a heat coating in a non-oxidising atmosphere to form an alloy coating by means of interlayer diffusion.
