Description

NOVEL FLOOR ELECTRIC HEATING WATERPROOF MEMBRANE
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of an electric heating waterproof membrane, and particularly to a novel floor electric heating waterproof membrane.
BACKGROUND ART Electric heating is one of the common heating methods. In the existing room electric heating floor products, most of them use self-adhesive glass fiber mesh to fix the electric heating wire into a double-conductive thermal screen of a certain width and length. However, since the electric heating wire cannot be random- ly cut, it often leads to no flexible wiring and low operational efficiency. Moreover, the hollow phenomenon often appears to the electric heating layer and the ground cement bonding layer, which easily leads to ceramic tile cracking and reduces the service life. In addition, during the use of the existing floor electric heating waterproof membrane products, mold and bacteria problems often occur, resulting in use troubles.
SUMMARY The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a novel floor electric heating waterproof membrane, which can make electric heating wiring flexible and have a good heat preservation effect, and can extend the service life of ce- ramic tile and stone while resisting mildew and bacteria.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the technical solution of the present invention is a novel floor electric heat- ing waterproof membrane, wherein the electric heating waterproof membrane is a multi-layer structure, comprising an electric heat- ing wiring layer and an binding layer arranged at a bottom of the electric heating wiring layer, wherein the electric heating wiring layer comprises a wiring layer body and a raised knob arranged on the wiring layer body; multiple raised knobs are provided, the multiple raised knobs are evenly arranged at equal intervals, and adjacent raised knobs constitute a cable limiting groove; the electric heating wiring layer is made of high molecular polymer and the electric heating wiring layer is of an injection moulding integrated structure.
As a preferred implementation mode, the binding layer uses antibacterial non-woven fabric.
As a preferred implementation mode, the antibacterial non- woven fabric specification uses 55-65g/sgm.
As a preferred implementation mode, high-temperature bonding moulding is formed between the binding layer and the electric heating wiring layer.
As a preferred implementation mode, the electric heating wir- ing layer has a thickness of 5-6mm.
As a preferred implementation mode, the center-to-center dis- tance of the raised knobs is 31-34mm.
As a preferred implementation mode, the width of the cable limiting groove is 3-4. 6mm. As a preferred implementation mode, the raised knob is of a regular hexagonal structure.
As a preferred implementation mode, the raised knob is of a four-leaf clover shaped structure.
By adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, since the electric heating wiring layer is provided with a raised knob and forms a cable limiting groove, an electric heating wire and an electric heating cable can be directly wired and routed on a wir- ing layer. The operation is flexible and the construction is con- venient. The high molecular polymer layer has a good heat preser- vation effect; through the arrangement of the raised knob, the pressure can be neutralized; after pouring mortar, the formation of mortar void and hollow can be effectively reduced, the load ca- pacity can be increased, the ceramic tile is not easy to be dam- aged, and the service life of ceramic tile and stone can be ex- tended to a certain extent; the arrangement of the bottom binding layer can strengthen the bonding firmness of the waterproof mem- brane as a whole and the cement-based surface, and the antibacte- rial non-woven fabric can be used to achieve resisting mildew and bacteria and other effects.
