Description

PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION OF ATOMIZING MIXTURE FOR
ELECTRONIC ATOMIZER Technical Field The present invention relates to a preparation method and an application of an atomizing mixture for an electronic atomizer, may be applied to electronic atomizers and replaceable atomizing rods, and belongs to the fields of wearable electronics and consumer electronics. Background An electronic atomizer (a replaceable atomizing rod), also called an electronic cigarette, is an effective tool of helping the majority of smokers to give up smoking. The electronic atomizers are mainly divided into two major categories, that is, steam type electronic atomizers that consume liquid atomizers and heating type incombustible electronic atomizers that consume solid atomizers. Compared with the traditional cigarettes and tobacco, the two categories of electronic cigarettes can efficiently transmit nicotine and significantly decrease hazardous substances such as tar, carbon monoxide and nitric oxide that enter the human body. Therefore, the electronic cigarettes have been used as “harm reduction products” by hundreds of millions of users around the world.
At present, researches on the electronic cigarettes in the market are not perfect. Nicotine salt serving as a core component of atomized liquid is prepared by reacting nicotine and an organic acid generally. The solid atomizer also contains the nicotine salt. When the nicotine salt is atomized in the above two electronic atomizers, the nicotine and the organic acid will enter the oral cavity, nasal cavity, throat, intestinal tract, blood, lung and brain of the human body. Researches show that, the organic acid contained in the electronic cigarettes used in the market is very harmful to the human body. It is reported that, benzoic acid and oxalic acid are just common organic acids in the nicotine salt of the current electronic cigarettes. The benzoic acid may stimulate the skin and the respiratory system, particularly damage the oral cavity and cause severe coughing, or even damage the eyes. A minimum lethal dose of the oxalic acid to the human body is 71 mg/kg. After oxalic acid vapor is inhaled by the human body, toxic symptoms are caused as follows: extreme weakness, nasal mucous ulcer, general aching, emesis and the like. In addition, nicotine salts synthesized by many organic acids of other types are not really safe. Moreover, when atomized liquid containing organic acid nicotine salt is inhaled, smoke will accompany with indescribable smell, thereby decreasing user experience on the electronic cigarette.
To reduce nicotine addiction and dependence, strictly controlling and decreasing a nicotine concentration in the atomized liquid have become global policies and regulations and the common aspiration of the people. However, customers complain that electronic cigarettes with low nicotine concentrations are slow in addiction control, weak in strike feeling and poor in smoking experience, thereby decreasing competitiveness of the electronic cigarettes and traditional tobacco. Thus, the traditional tobacco may be chosen by the users again.
Summary A purpose of the present invention is to provide a preparation method and an application of an atomizing mixture for an electronic atomizer. The atomizing mixture for the electronic atomizer includes an atomizing mixture, atomized liquid, atomizing bomb and an electronic atomizer, significantly eliminates pungent smell of original materials such as alkaloids and organic acids, intermediate products and final products, and increases throat smoothness and smoking experience.
To achieve the purpose of the present invention, technical solutions are as follows: the atomizing mixture is prepared by stirring and mixing natural herbal extract and natural alkaloids serving as main ingredients, alcohols that are non - toxic and zero in side effect serving as a solvent, refined vegetable oil serving as a cosolvent, and essence serving as an additive under ambient temperature conditions. The natural herbal extract is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of Lonicera japonica, Siraitia grosvenorii and chrysanthemum; the natural alkaloid is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of nicotine, Epimedium extract, Herba cynomorii extract, Herba cistanches alkaloid and Hippophae rhamnoides L. alkaloid; the alcohol is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of glycerine, propylene glycol and ethylene glycol; the refined vegetable oil is one or a mixture of two of tea essential oil and peppermint oil; and the essence is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of a cooling agent, fruit flavour essence, peppermint flavour essence and tobacco flavour essence. Three specific construction steps are as follows: 1) sequentially adding a certain amount of herbal extract, a certain amount of natural alkaloids, a certain amount of alcohols and a certain amount of refined vegetable oil into a reactor; stirring the mixture under normal temperature and pressure conditions for a certain time; then performing temperature programming to reach a temperature of 30 - 39.9°C at a temperature rise rate of 0.5 - 1.0°C/min; maintaining the temperature; continuously stirring the mixture for a certain time; then naturally cooling the mixture to a room temperature under a stirring condition; adding a certain amount of essence; continuously uniformly stirring the mixture under the normal temperature and pressure conditions; and stopping stirring to obtain a target mixture; 2) sequentially adding a certain amount of herbal extract, a certain amount of natural alkaloids, a certain amount of alcohols and a certain amount of refined vegetable oil into cold - rolling equipment; performing cold rolling by a cold - rolling process to obtain an oily mixture; finally, adding a certain amount of essence; continuously uniformly stirring the mixture under normal temperature and pressure conditions; and stopping stirring to obtain a target mixture, that is, the oily mixture, wherein the cold - rolling equipment is any one of equipment for pressing rapeseed oil, maize oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil and peanut oil by adopting the cold - rolling process;
3) sequentially adding a certain amount of herbal extract, a certain amount of natural alkaloids, a certain amount of alcohols and a certain amount of refined vegetable oil into a ball mill or sand mill equipment; grinding the mixture under normal temperature and pressure conditions to obtain a uniform mixture; finally adding a certain amount of essence; continuously uniformly stirring the mixture under the normal temperature and pressure conditions; and stopping stirring to obtain a target mixture, that is, the oily mixture.
According to the preparation method and the application of the atomizing mixture for the electronic atomizer in the present invention, the atomizing mixture in the present invention is injected into an atomizing bomb, that is, an electronic atomizing bomb.
According to the preparation method and the application of the atomizing mixture for the electronic atomizer in the present invention, the atomizing mixture and the electronic atomizing bomb may be combined with an electronic atomizing rod to form a replaceable atomizing rod.
Key technologies of the technical solutions for achieving the purpose of the present invention are as follows: the natural herbal extract and natural alkaloids serve as the main ingredients; the natural alkaloid is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of nicotine, Epimedium extract, Herba cynomorii extract, Herba cistanches alkaloid and Hippophae rhamnoides L. alkaloid; the natural herbal extract is any one, particularly a mixture of two or more than two of Lonicera Japonica, Siraitia grosvenorii and chrysanthemum, and thus the user can gain cheerful, smooth and fragrant experience. A reaction principle is as follows: the total alkali mole number of the natural alkaloid is equal to the total acid mole number of the natural herbal extract; the alkaloids used in the present invention are basically natural organic alkaline substances; the natural herbal extract (such as Lonicera japonica, Siraitia grosvenori and chrysanthemum) contains acidic phenolic substances, particularly the Lonicera japonica; the natural herbal extract is indispensable in the present invention, forms three and more natural organic phenolic substances with a mixture composed of the Siraitia grosvenori and chrysanthemum; and the natural organic alkali and natural organic acids form neutral or nearly neutral mixtures containing natural organic esters under the amount of equimolar or nearly equimolar substances. Firstly, under the neutral or nearly neutral condition, content of free acids is zero or close to zero, thereby eliminating effects of the organic acids; and secondly, the natural organic esters are natural non - toxic harmless flavours and fragrances, such as intoxicating, cheerful, fresh and sweet, refreshing and excellent sensory experience provided by various fresh flowers and fruits. The above description is the major key technology of the present invention.
Reaction temperature and reaction medium are secondary key technologies of the present invention. Since an acid - base reaction belongs to dynamic acceleration reactions under normal temperature and normal pressure conditions, and is also a thermodynamic exothermic reaction, few external heat sources need to be applied during the reaction. As the reaction proceeds, the acid - base reaction releases heat, and a temperature of the reaction system automatically rises. The reaction medium is an alcoholic substance, and includes any one or a mixture of two or more than two of glycerine, propylene glycol and ethylene glycol. The refined vegetable oil serving as a cosolvent is one or a mixture of two of tea essential oil and peppermint oil; and the essence is any one or a mixture of two or more than two of a cooling agent, fruit flavour essence, peppermint flavour essence and tobacco flavour essence.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has advantages as follows: (1) the used major raw materials such as the natural alkaloids and natural herbal extract are all pure natural substances, and the solvent, the cosolvent and the additive are all non - toxic and harmless substances; (2) a material preparation process is simple in procedure, and only a reaction process with nearly “zero carbon” emission under the normal pressure condition or the normal temperature or nearly normal temperature reaction condition is used; and (3) due to an effect of “making the finishing point” of the Lonicera japonica, intoxicating, cheerful and excellent sensory experience is brought.
