Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of mining auxiliary transportation equipment, and discloses a rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor. The rope clamping small trailer for the endless rope continuous tractor includes a rope clamping small 5 trailer body, lug boss round seat provided insert bearings and first fixing pins, wherein a rope clamping system is disposed above the rope clamping small trailer body, the rope clamping small trailer body is connected with mine cars and a tractor through round-link chains C. One end of a steel wire rope is fixed to the tractor, the steel wire rope passes through the mine cars but is not connected with the mine cars, the other end of the steel wire rope is put in a rope lO groove between an upper clamping seat and a lower clamping seat, and a clamping oil cylinder is started to tightly clamp the steel wire rope, so that the tractor and the rope clamping small trailer are in a tensioned state under the effect of the force of the steel wire rope, an unchanged distance among the mine cars is ensured, and the mutual collision of the mine cars is avoided.

BACKGROUND Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of mining auxiliary transportation equipment, and particularly relates a rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor and a use method thereof.
Related Art An endless rope continuous tractor is main equipment for underground auxiliary transportation of a coal mine. For its traction force, friction force between a steel wire rope and a winding tube is used, the steel wire rope is disposed into a circulation ring along a transportation rail, two ends of the steel wire rope are fixed at two ends of a shuttle car, mine cars loaded with materials are connected behind the shuttle car one by one, and the materials are conveyed to a destination by the traction of the steel wire rope.
In order to improve the transportation capacity and efficiency, five or more mine cars are usually used for transportation at one time. In order to adapt to fluctuant and turning roadways, the vehicles are usually connected through round-link chains, so that collisions among the vehicles easily occur during emergency parking and downhill operation, which may cause phenomena of derailment and turnover, or even personnel casualty. A patent (application number: 201910326523.8) provides an endless rope car rope deviation-preventing and self- correcting device integrating monitoring and deviation correction and a use method. The device has a high requirement on system response speed, so that the design difficulty of the self-correcting device is high. A patent (application number: 201420443004.2) provides an endless rope winch comprehensive monitoring system. Patents (application numbers:
202020853832.9 and 201621292068.2) provide two endless rope winch rope pressing devices of different structures by aiming at a roadway fluctuation condition and a phenomenon that rope rebounding easily occurs in a recessed position. A patent (application number:
201910597909.2) provides a main rope pressing wheel applicable to an endless rope continuous tractor by aiming at the problem that the main rope pressing wheel is easy to damage due to friction, and the transportation efficiency is improved.
Although the stability and reliability of endless rope driven vehicles are improved to a certain extent by the above patents, the problem of collisions among a plurality of vehicles has never been solved. At the same time, the auxiliary tractor is used in the market to solve the problem, but the auxiliary tractor has not been popularized due to large size, high cost, inconvenient rope clamping and loosening and the like. Therefore, the present invention provides a rope clamping small trailer to overcome the problem of collisions among multiple vehicles, and provides a specific use method of the rope clamping small trailer.
SUMMARY By aiming at the above technical problems, the present invention provides a rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor. The rope clamping small trailer for the endless rope continuous tractor includes a rope clamping small trailer body, lug boss round seat provided insert bearings and first fixing pins. A rope clamping system is disposed above the rope clamping small trailer body, and the rope clamping small trailer body is connected with mine cars and a tractor through round-link chains C. One end of a steel wire rope is fixed to the tractor, the steel wire rope passes through the mine cars but is not connected with the mine cars, the other end of the steel wire rope is put in a rope groove between an upper clamping seat and a lower clamping seat, and a clamping oil cylinder is started to tightly clamp the steel wire rope, so that the tractor and the rope clamping small trailer are in a tensioned state under the effect of the force of the steel wire rope, an unchanged distance among the mine cars is ensured, and the mutual collision of the mine cars is avoided.
To achieve the above objective, the invention provides the following technical solutions.
A rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor includes a rope clamping small trailer body, lug boss round seat provided insert bearings and first fixing pins. A rope clamping system is disposed above the rope clamping small trailer body, two auxiliary wheel axles in symmetrical distribution are disposed at two sides of the rope clamping small trailer body, each of the auxiliary wheel axles is fixed to the rope clamping small trailer body through the lug boss round seat provided insert bearing, each of the auxiliary wheel axles is fixed with an auxiliary wheel, the first fixing pins are configured to fix the auxiliary wheels and the rope clamping small trailer body, each of the auxiliary wheel axles is further connected with a crank handle, a walking wheel is disposed at a lateral side of each of the auxiliary wheels, the two walking wheels are movably connected with the rope clamping small trailer body, and the two walking wheels are in symmetrical distribution.
Further, the rope clamping system includes a clamping oil cylinder, a second fixing pin and a third fixing pin, the clamping oil cylinder is fixed to an upper surface of the rope clamping small trailer body, a piston rod is disposed under the clamping oil cylinder, the piston rod penetrates through the top of the rope clamping small trailer body and is fixedly connected with a connecting frame, the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the piston rod through the second fixing pin, an upper clamping seat is fixed to a lower surface of the rope clamping small trailer body, one end of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a lower clamping seat, the lower clamping seat is fixedly connected with the connecting frame through the third fixing pin, and a steel wire rope is disposed between the upper clamping seat and the lower clamping seat.
Further, a length of a connecting arm of the auxiliary wheel is adjustable.
Further, the auxiliary wheel axle includes a fourth fixing pin and a square connector, the auxiliary wheel is fixedly connected with the auxiliary wheel axle through the fourth fixing pin, and the square connector is connected with the crank handle.
Further, an oil tank is disposed at a lateral side of the clamping oil cylinder, the oil tank is fixed to the upper surface of the rope clamping small trailer body, and the oil tank communicates with the clamping oil cylinder.
Further, a round-link chain C is fixed to one side of the rope clamping small trailer body, one end of the round-link chain C is fixed with a mine car D, a plug pin B is disposed on the round-link chain C, the round-link chain C is respectively and fixedly connected with the mine car D and the rope clamping small trailer body through the plug pin B.
Further, the mine car D is connected with a tractor A through a round-link chain C, and the round-link chain C is respectively and fixedly connected with the mine car D and the tractor A through a plug pin B.
Further, a group of mine cars D in array distribution are disposed between the tractor A and the rope clamping small trailer body, two mine cars D are connected through a round-link chain C, and the round-link chain C 1s fixedly connected with the mine car D through a plug pin B.
A use method of the rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor includes the following steps: step 1: fixing one end of the steel wire rope to the tractor A; step 2: passing the steel wire rope through the mine cars D, and enabling the steel wire rope not to be connected with the mine cars D; step 3: putting the other end of the steel wire rope into a rope groove between the upper clamping seat and the lower clamping seat, and starting the clamping oil cylinder to tightly clamp the steel wire rope; step 4: rotating the auxiliary wheel axles by using the crank handles, rotating the auxiliary wheels to positions, and performing fixation in positions by fixing pins so as to avoid affecting normal operation of a vehicle; and step 5: when the rope clamping small trailer body is used as an independent car, rotating the auxiliary wheel axles by using the crank handles, rotating the auxiliary wheels to positions, and performing fixation in positions by the fixing pins so as to facilitate the call of the rope clamping small trailer.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has beneficial effects as follows:
1. Small and exquisite structure and flexibility. Different from an auxiliary tractor in the market, the rope clamping small trailer provided by the present invention has a compact structure and small size, has no influence on the operation of a vehicle when being mounted on the vehicle, does not increase the transportation load of the vehicle, and at the same time, the mounting and dismounting of the rope clamping small trailer are very convenient. The rope clamping small trailer provided by the present invention is provided with the auxiliary wheels. In single use, the auxiliary wheels can be released, and the call is convenient.
2. Fast rerailing. The present invention is ingeniously provided with auxiliary wheel structures, the auxiliary wheel structures do not influence the normal transportation when being collected, and can be fast released during derailment, so that fast rerailing is realized.
3. High reliability. The present invention is a pure mechanical structure. Although a monitoring and automatic rerailing function is not provided, the structure is simple, the manufacturing is easy, the cost is low, the reliability is high, and the present invention is particularly applicable to mine transportation.
4. Collision avoidance. According to the present invention, one end of the steel wire rope 1s fixed to the tractor, the steel wire rope passes through the mine cars but is not connected with the mine cars, the other end of the steel wire rope is put in the rope groove between the upper clamping seat and the lower clamping seat, and the clamping oil cylinder is started to tightly clamp the steel wire rope, so that the tractor and the rope clamping small trailer are in a tensioned state under the effect of the force of the steel wire rope, an unchanged distance among the mine cars is ensured, and the mutual collision of the mine cars is avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the 5 embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of the embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without going through any creative work shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.

As shown in FIGs. 1 to 5, a rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor includes a rope clamping small trailer body 3, lug boss round seat provided insert bearings 9 and first fixing pins 4, wherein a rope clamping system 1 is disposed above the rope clamping small trailer body 3, two auxiliary wheel axles 2 in symmetrical distribution are disposed at two sides of the rope clamping small trailer body 3, each of the auxiliary wheel axles 2 is fixed to the rope clamping small trailer body 3 through the lug boss round seat provided insert bearing 9, each of the auxiliary wheel axles 2 1s fixed with an auxiliary wheel 5, the first fixing pins 4 are configured to fix the auxiliary wheels 5 and the rope clamping small trailer body 3, each of the auxiliary wheel axles 2 is further connected with a crank handle 6, a walking wheel 7 is disposed at a lateral side of each of the auxiliary wheels 5, the two walking wheels 7 are movably connected with the rope clamping small trailer body 3, and the two walking wheels 7 are in symmetrical distribution.
The rope clamping system 1 includes a clamping oil cylinder 11, a second fixing pin 17 and a third fixing pin 14; the clamping oil cylinder 11 is fixed to an upper surface of the rope clamping small trailer body 3, a piston rod 18 is disposed under the clamping oil cylinder 11, the piston rod 18 penetrates through the top of the rope clamping small trailer body 3 and is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 16, the connecting frame 16 is fixedly connected with the piston rod 18 through the second fixing pin 17, an upper clamping seat 13 is fixed to a lower surface of the rope clamping small trailer body 3, one end of the connecting frame 16 is fixedly connected with a lower clamping seat 15, the lower clamping seat 15 is fixedly connected with the connecting frame 16 through the third fixing pin 14, and a steel wire rope 8 is disposed between the upper clamping seat 13 and the lower clamping seat 15.
A length of a connecting arm of the auxiliary wheel 5 is adjustable.
The auxiliary wheel axle 2 includes a fourth fixing pin 21 and a square connector 22, the auxiliary wheel 5 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary wheel axle 2 through the fourth fixing pin 21, and the square connector 22 is connected with the crank handle 6.
An oil tank 12 is disposed at a lateral side of the clamping oil cylinder 11, the oil tank 12 is fixed to the upper surface of the rope clamping small trailer body 3, and the oil tank 12 communicates with the clamping oil cylinder 11.
As shown in FIG. 6, a round-link chain C is fixed to one side of the rope clamping small trailer body 3, one end of the round-link chain C is fixed to a mine car D, a plug pin B is disposed on the round-link chain C, the round-link chain C is respectively and fixedly connected with the mine car D and the rope clamping small trailer body 3 through the plug pin B.
The mine car D is connected with a tractor A through a round-link chain C, and the round- link chain C is respectively and fixedly connected with the mine car D and the tractor A through a plug pin B.
A group of mine cars D in array distribution are disposed between the tractor A and the rope clamping small trailer body 3, two mine cars D are connected through a round-link chain C, and the round-link chain C is fixedly connected with the mine car D through a plug pin B.
A use method of the rope clamping small trailer for an endless rope continuous tractor includes the following steps: Step 1: one end of the steel wire rope 8 is fixed to the tractor A.
Step 2: the steel wire rope 8 passes through the mine cars D, but the steel wire rope 8 is not connected with the mine cars D.
Step 3: the other end of the steel wire rope 8 is put into a rope groove between the upper clamping seat 13 and the lower clamping seat 15, and the clamping oil cylinder 11 is started to tightly clamp the steel wire rope 8.
Step 4: the auxiliary wheel axles 2 are rotated by using the crank handles 6, the auxiliary wheels 5 are rotated to positions 51, and fixation is performed in positions 41 by fixing pins 4 so as to avoid affecting normal operation of a vehicle.
Step 5: when the rope clamping small trailer body 3 is used as an independent car, the auxiliary wheel axles 2 are rotated by using the crank handles 6, the auxiliary wheels 5 are rotated to positions 52, and fixation is performed in positions 42 by the fixing pins 4 so as to facilitate the call of the rope clamping small trailer.
Work principles: Before use, the auxiliary wheel axles 2 are rotated by using the crank handles 6, the auxiliary wheels 5 are rotated to positions 52, and fixation is performed in positions 42 by the fixing pins 4 so as to call the rope clamping small trailer body 3 to a specified position. Then, the rope clamping small trailer body 3 and the mine car D are connected through the round-link chain C. Finally, one end of the steel wire rope 8 is fixed to the tractor A, the steel wire rope 8 passes through the mine cars D, but the steel wire rope 8 is not connected with the mine cars D. The other end of the steel wire rope 8 is put into the rope groove between the upper clamping seat 13 and the lower clamping seat 15, and the clamping oil cylinder 11 is started to tightly clamp the steel wire rope 8. Therefore, the tractor A and the rope clamping small trailer E are in a tensioned state under the effect of the force of the steel wire rope, an unchanged distance among the mine cars is ensured, and the mutual collision of the mine cars D 1s avoided.
