Erect posture is a significant sign that humans are different from other animals.
However, after humans have been erect, three disadvantages are caused because of earth gravity: first, blood circulation changes from horizontal to vertical, which causes insufficient blood supply to the brain and overload operation of the cardiovascular system.
Less severe cases have baldness, dim eyesight, white hair, low spirits, fatiguability, and geromorphism; and severe cases have brain diseases and heart diseases.
Second, the heart and the stomach are moved down under the earth gravity, causing many stomach and heart organ prolapse diseases, fat deposition at the abdomen and thighs, waist lines and abdominal obesity.
Third, under the action of gravity, the muscles of the neck, shoulders and waist bear excessive load and are overstressed, which aggravates muscle strain, periarthritis of cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae and shoulders, and other diseases.
The inadequacies in human evolution cannot be overcome by drugs alone, but rely on physical exercise, and the best exercise method is handstand of the human body.
The existing handstand training device supports the human body by means of a support component to realize a handstand posture, or double feet are directly hung on a horizontal bar with hooks, which is simple and boring and has certain risk.
Alternatively, the human body is supported, legs are kept above the body to achieve a vertical handstand state, and then a tractor is used to achieve walking.
However, this process cannot achieve a good training effect on the trainee.
Summary of the Invention Aiming at the above problems in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide a handstand roller skating fitness training device.
The device for handstand roller skating sports meets the requirements of human handstand exercise, and has a stable structure and certain interest.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solution of the present invention is: A handstand roller skating fitness training device includes a support table and a roller skating wear equipment, the support table is arranged above the ground, the support table is provided with a slide cavity, a bottom plate of the slide cavity is provided with a slide opening, sawtooth structures are arranged on the bottom plate on two sides of the slide opening, the roller skating wear equipment includes wearable roller skates each including a foot fixing component and a roller component that are connected to each other, the roller component includes an upper roller set and a lower roller set, the upper roller set stands on the bottom plate of the slide cavity, the lower roller set 1s located below the slide cavity, and the upper roller set and the lower roller set are connected to each other, A balance component is arranged between the upper roller set and the lower roller set, and one end of the balance component is stuck with the sawtooth structures.
The device solves the problem that the existing handstand training has certain risk, and proposes a new handstand training method to improve safety and stability during training.
The fun of training is improved during the handstand training of the trainee.
One or more technical solutions of the present invention have the following beneficial effects: The present invention provides a fitness training device for use in a handstand state, which helps trainee’s brain blood circulation and helps to relieve trainee’s fatigue.
Especially for mental workers who often sit, the handstand training helps to improve the physical quality of the trainee and to improve blood circulation.
The handstand roller skating device relies on feet to walk and slide so as to increase the interest of handstand training.
The hands and feet can exert force simultaneously, so that the entire body is trained.
The device has certain training difficulty, which increases challenge.
The design of the support table and wearable roller skates of the overall device makes the entire roller skating process relatively stable, ensures the stability of the roller skating process, and reduces excess slip and shaking of trainee's feet. The designed barres of the entire device can be held by the trainee midway to improve stability, and can be provided for a short break. In some embodiments of the present invention, the straight barre includes an upper barre and a lower barre, the upper barre is located above the lower barre, and an L-shaped barre is connected between the upper barre and the lower barre. In some embodiments of the present invention, the device further includes a step-shaped seat support plate, which is connected to the columns. As mentioned in the background, the handstand training has many benefits for the human body, especially for many people who often sit for work.
The handstand training can improve blood circulation of these people. During handstand, cerebral vessels are forced to expand and contract to the greatest extent, which can enhance permeability and reduce the occurrence of various cerebrovascular diseases. Adhering to handstand exercise can make the brain and blood circulation obtain sufficient adaption under complex conditions, which is beneficial to improving human intelligence and response capacity. However, with regard to existing handstand trainings, some directly require the trainee to keep a handstand posture, with feet hung on a horizontal bar with hooks, or human legs are kept on parallel bars and the trainee moves on the parallel bars, or some equipment is driven by a tractor such that the human body moves in a handstand state.
Although these processes can keep a handstand gesture, they lack an exercise process and lack interest. Moreover, safety is lacking during training.
As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention proposes a handstand roller skating fitness training device, including a support table 1 and a roller skating wear equipment. The support table is arranged above the ground, the support table is provided with a slide cavity 2, a bottom plate of the slide cavity 2 is provided with a slide opening, and sawtooth structures 4 are arranged on the bottom plate on two sides of the slide opening 3. The support table 1 is arranged above the ground and provided with a slide cavity 2, and the slide cavity 2 provides a path and a protection effect for roller skating, so the human body in a handstand state can skate along the slide cavity 2.
The roller skating wear equipment includes wearable roller skates each including a foot fixing component and a roller component that are connected to each other, the roller component includes an upper roller set 5 and a lower roller set 6, the upper roller set 5 stands on the bottom plate of the slide cavity 2, the lower roller set 6 is located below the slide cavity 2, and the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 are connected to each other. The roller component strides the slide cavity vertically, and the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 form a sliding structure. Human feet are connected to the foot fixing components, and the foot fixing components are connected to the roller components. When human legs provide forward motion force, rollers are driven to slide forward and backward along the slide cavity. When the human body is handstand, forward motion can be achieved as long as the two feet slide forward sequentially.
The device has a balance component, specifically: the balance component is arranged between the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6, and one end of the balance component is stuck with the sawtooth structures.
The balance component passes through the slide opening and cooperates with the sawtooth structure.
As the other foot is in other slide cavity, when the 5 balance component is stuck to the sawtooth structure, it is equivalent to be able to provide power for forward motion of the other foot.
This alternate forward motion forms a continuous and effective motion form.
The upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 are stuck to the bottom plate of the slide cavity 2, so, if the whole body is in a handstand erect state, the rollers of the upper roller set 5 are directly in contact with the bottom plate.
When the human body is in a handstand squatting posture and human feet walk forward, both the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 are in contact with the bottom plate.
During this process, squatting and walking can be achieved.
In addition, when there is a longitudinal movement, the upper and lower roller sets press against the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom plate, so the stability of the walking process is achieved.
A form of handstand roller skating training is proposed to help improve the interest of handstand sports training.
Structures of wearable roller skates, balance components and roller components are proposed to improve the stability of handstand sports training.
The upper roller set is provided with two or four symmetric rollers, and the lower roller set is provided with two or four rollers, respectively located on two sides of the slide opening.
The rollers can slide along the bottom plate.
Two or four rollers are provided to form a symmetric roller form, so that during the entire sliding process, the trainee can walk straight as much as possible, or in the process of turning, two symmetric rollers are stressed relatively stable.
The distance between the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 is greater than the thickness of the bottom plate of the slide cavity.
There is a certain distance between the upper roller set 5 and the lower roller set 6 to provide a space for longitudinal movement.
When the human body lifts feet in the squatting and walking or half squatting and walking process, the lower roller set 6 is in contact with the bottom surface of the bottom plate, which provides a degree of freedom for moving up, so that the human body can move forward smoothly.
If the distance between the upper roller set and the lower roller set is equal to the thickness of the bottom plate, swing may fail.
In some squatting advance states, the human body is considered to move by means of other force.
Therefore, if the distance is not provided, the human body cannot move well.
The balance component includes a balance block 7 and a balance cylinder 8, there are gaps between the balance component and two sides of the slide opening, the balance block is arranged along the slide opening, a dovetail-shaped structure is arranged at the tail end of the balance block 7 in the advancing direction, the balance cylinder is arranged at the front end in the advancing direction, the balance cylinder 8 is arranged vertically, and two ends of the balance cylinder are movably connected to the balance block.
With the dovetail shape at the tail end of the balance component, when the roller set moves to a position, because there are certain gaps between the balance component and two sides of the slide opening, the foot can stress toward one of two sides of saw teeth during sliding, and the dovetail portion of the balance block 7 gets stuck to the sawtooth structure to stop and provide advancing power.
The balance cylinder 8 has the effects of guiding and keeping stable.
Two ends of the balance cylinder 8 are movably connected to the balance block.
Therefore, the balance cylinder 8 can rotate around itself.
When the balance component moves forward and is offset toward one side, because the balance cylinder 8 is in contact with the slide opening, the balance cylinder 8 rotates to a certain extent, which achieves the effects of guiding and stabilizing the whole wearable roller skates.
When the balance cylinder touches two side walls of the slide opening, it can give the wearable roller skates certain reacting force, which reduces instability during sliding due to the large slide opening.
Further, the balance cylinder has the effect of reducing collision between the wearable roller skate and two ends of the slide opening.
The balance cylinder rotates during the collision, thereby reducing instability such as shake of the whole body due to the collision.
Alternatively, the diameter of the balance cylinder 8 is greater than the diameter of the balance block body and less than the maximum thickness of the dovetail-shaped end of the balance block.
The roller skating wear equipment further includes a pull rope, and two ends of the pull rope are respectively connected to the rollers of the lower roller set and droop naturally.
The pull rope droops naturally to provide hand tension when the human body wants to keep flexural squatting.
A wearable roller skate includes a foot support plate 10, a calf support plate 11, a foot strap 12 and a calf strap 13, the foot strap 12 is connected to the foot support plate 10, and the calf strap 13 is connected to the calf support plate 11. The foot support plate 10 and the foot strap 12 of the wearing roller skate can hold the foot stably.
The foot strap can be in any other form, and plays a role of restraining and fixing.
The calf support plate and the calf strap have the effect of protecting the ankle joint and the like such that the portion below the knee is fixed to avoid being hurt, and do not affect forward movement of the leg.
The triangular sawtooth of the sawtooth structure forms a right-angle side and a hypotenuse on the bottom plate of the slide cavity, the hypotenuse is on one side of the right-angle side in a forward sliding direction, and the balance component is stuck to the right-angle side.
The sawtooth structure has a right-angle side and a hypotenuse, and the right-angle side is at the tail end of the forward direction, which is advantageous to give the balance component forward power.
The support table is provided with one to four groups of slide cavities, each group of slide cavities includes two slide cavities 2, and each slide cavity is connected to a wearable roller skate. Two slide cavities in each group can fit two feet separately. With multiple groups of slide cavities, more people can race without affecting each other. A certain spacing is formed between two adjacent groups of slide cavities.
The roller skating wear equipment further includes a safety belt 14, which is connected to two wearable roller skates. The form of the safety belt can be changed, and the safety belt mainly provides safety for the upper part of the body.
The slide cavities 2 include two straight slide cavities and two curved slide cavities, the two straight slide cavities are arranged in parallel, the two curved slide cavities are respectively located on two sides of the two straight slide cavities, and the curved slide cavities are respectively connected to two ends of the two straight slide cavities.
The curved slide cavities provide a turning slide, similar to a runway on a playground. With the balance cylinder 8, better turning can be achieved, the collision between the balance block and the slide opening is avoided, and the turning is smoother.
The length of the balance block 7 can be configured according to the turning angle of the curved slide to achieve smooth turning.
The device further includes several columns 15, which are respectively connected to the ground and the support table. The several columns support the support table. In this way, skaters can smoothly slide on the support table.
The device further includes barres 16 below two sides of the straight slide cavities. The trainee who feels uncomfortable due to long-time handstand during training can hold the barres to adjust himself when arriving at the barres.
The barres 16 include a curved barre and a straight barre that are opposite to each other, the curved barre is located between two adjacent groups of slide cavities or located inside a slide cavity, and the straight barre is located between two adjacent columns. Two ends of the curved barre are connected to the ground, so that hands can hold the barres from different heights.
The straight barre includes an upper barre and a lower barre, the upper barre is located above the lower barre, and an L-shaped barre is connected between the upper barre and the lower barre. The straight barre can be for sitting such that the human body can sit on the straight barre to take a short break.
The device further includes a step-shaped seat support plate 17, which is connected to the columns 15. The seat support plate is on one side, and is used when wearing or taking off the equipment.
As shown in Fig. 7, the bottom plate of the slide cavity is provided with a repair section, and the bottom plate of the repair section is detachably connected with the slide cavity by bolts or the like. This facilitates the repair of the slide cavity. The repair section is short to avoid slip of the trainee. Described above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention for those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent substitution or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
