Abstract

The invention concerns the processing of mainly paper products based on cellulose with admixtures of various additives, including components containing plastic elements, both in the form of carefully sorted municipal paper waste or residual material of 5 various types of paper, non—recyclable and as a separated separate mainly from paper industry.

Description

CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING ELEMENT
Technical Field
The technical solution concerns a construction and building element based on waste cellulose.
State-of-the-Art
Waste celluloses are at the end of the processing chain. It is a separate from paper production, sorted industrial and munici- pal paper waste, with a possible admixture on the basis of plas- tic. Until these materials are further processed, a high environ- mental burden arises, especially if they are stored or possibly incinerated for a long time. At the present, therefore, there are efforts to use these celluloses in some way.
There is known e.g. a technical solution comprising crushed cellulose-based material, characterized by a compressed layer of crumb from packages made of paper, provided on at least one side with a water-resistant plastic film and having outer cover layers on both sides.
Technical Solution Base
The task of the technical solution is to improve the proper- ties of the construction and building element, especially its strength. This is achieved in a construction and building element according to this technical solution, the essence of which con- sists in that it consists of a moulding with a base layer of a mixture of additive and waste cellulose crumb, which is provided on both sides with a contact layer and a cover layer.
When processing municipal waste, it is possible for the waste cellulose to contain up to 30% of plastic.
It is advisable that the pulp taken from the waste be disin- fected.
Due to the suitability for use, the contact layer is made of plastic foil.
It is suitable for the cover layer to be a carrier paper.
It is optionally possible for the cover layer to be an alu- minium foil.
Drawing Explanation
The technical solution will be described in more detail with the use of Fig. 1, in which a cross-section of a construction and building element is schematically shown.
Example of Technical Solution Realisation
It concerns the processing of mainly paper products based on cellulose with admixtures of various additives, including compo- nents containing plastic elements, both in the form of carefully sorted municipal paper waste or residual material of various types of paper, non-recyclable and as a separated separate mainly from paper industry. The purpose of the whole process is the applica- tion (reuse) of material that has found itself at the very end of recycling processes, especially in the paper industry. This mate- rial serves as a raw material for the production of large-format boards with a wide range of uses in the construction, furniture and other segments of industrial production. The obtained cellu- lose raw material can be modified with the help of special addi- tives and admixtures so that the properties of the final product meet the specific and purpose focus for the given field of use and thus the waste raw material is refined and reused in the market environment. Various types of retardants are used as admixtures in additives, which further increase the utility value - e.g. Aditiva flame retardant, including all its components, such as stabilizers and retardants, do not contain any volatile substances and are en- vironmentally friendly.
When processing municipal waste based on pulp, cellulose, it must be carefully sorted from other waste so that it does not contain any solid or other objects, especially metal, organic sub- stances, which would not be of homogeneous contents. Further pro- cessing is not hindered by the input cellulose material with a partial content of up to 30% of plastic. The cellulose material is crushed and ground into small fragments, which are subsequently stabilized by drying and, during the further processing, they are eventually disinfected so that they are subsequently not subject to moulds and comply with non-hazardous regulations. In case of processing of waste paper from industrial production, such as for example the edges of various paper products, or pure non- recyclable cellulose, and at the same time it is assumed that they do not contain other undesirable solid components such as metal, wood and other disparate materials, direct treatment of waste cel- lulose material by crushing may occur. Subsequently, the cellulose material is transferred by continuous machine transport to the ma- terial hopper, from where it passes to a controlled transfer to the mixing space, where the raw material is mixed with the addi- tive, which is a necessary component and gives the mixture the re- quired properties and targeted specification using retardants con- tained in the additives. The raw material thus enriched is auto- matically transferred to the pressing space, where at high temper- atures and controlled pressure the base layer 3 of the mixture of additive and crumb from waste cellulose 5 is compressed in its en- tire area, or possibly with a contact layer 2 of plastic foil, for example polyethylene or polypropylene. and a cover layer 1, which is a carrier paper or aluminium foil.
The output of the whole process is a calibrated moulding 4, which is reduced to the final dimension according to the pro- duction specification and assignment. This moulding 4 serves as an interior material intended for cladding the walls, for the floor structure as a step damping, or as a ceiling cladding. It can be combined with various insulating materials or glued and joined for the needs of the production of various sandwich panels so that its advantages are preferred and highlighted, mostly very good anti- noise properties with very low flammability. The material can also be used outdoors, depending on the input raw material - the ratio of plastic admixtures and additives.
In this way, the construction and building element is formed as a moulding 4 with a base layer 3 of a mixture of additive and waste cellulose crumb 5 provided on both sides with a contact lay- er 2 and a cover layer 1. It is possible for municipal waste cel- lulose 5 to comprise up to 30% of plastic. A suitable contact lay- er 2 is either made of plastic, for example polyethylene or poly-
propylene, and the cover layer 1 is a carrier paper or aluminium foil.
Industrial Applicability
The technical solution is intended as an interior or exterior element.
