Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material board composed chiefly of vegetable food residue and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A main raw material consisting of vegetable food residue is dried and converted into cleaned particles by a drier 1, and the weight mixing ratio of the processed main raw material to pulverized auxiliary raw material comprising polypropylene or polyethylene resin is such that the former is 50% or more and the latter is 50% or less. The materials are put in a mixer 2 and mixed and then put in the feeder of an extruder 3. The gas generated is removed by an evacuation device 4 and a gear pump 5 is installed at the rear to hold internal pressure constant and stable. Then a board is extrusion molded using a mold 6, is subjected to rolling process by a rolling machine 7, and cut into a new material board product of a predetermined length by a cutting machine 8.

The board material as a building material of the prior art is a veneer board obtained by assembling pieces of wood using an adhesive or the like, an integrated plywood also called a control panel, a trade name;
Wood, paper, resin, adhesives, etc. were used as the main raw materials, such as board materials called Styrofoam, so using wood, paper, etc. as the main raw materials would require deforestation from the perspective of using wood. Environmental destruction and the use of a large amount of adhesives have had a problem of adverse effects on the human body.

[0009] In the method for producing a new board material of the present invention, the main raw material consisting of vegetable food waste is pre-dried by a drier, dried to a dry moisture content of about several%, and crushed by a pulverizer. (20─30 microns), etc., to secure the selected raw material in the form of fine particles which has been sifted, and to determine the weight ratio of the main raw material and the sub-raw material composed of powdered resin of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) 55-65% and 45-35%, respectively, and these are charged into a mixer and mixed, the mixed raw materials are charged into a feeder of an extruder, and gas generated inside a cylinder of the extruder is exhausted by a vacuum exhaust device. In addition, a gear pump, also called a gear pump, is installed at the rear of the extruder to stabilize the internal pressure generated in the cylinder, to suppress the self-voluntary firing action of the material, Then, a fan-shaped mold, also called T-table, is installed, and a plate-shaped board is extruded. The dimensions of the mold are selected, and an arbitrary width and thickness are set. In order to improve hardness and gloss, and to prevent distortion and warping due to heat, the extruded board is cut into a predetermined length by a cutting machine, and is processed by a rolling machine called a roller capable of performing a stepwise heat reduction process. A feature is to secure a product of a new material board material having a predetermined size.

In the method for producing a new board material according to the present invention, the main raw material generally consisting of vegetable food waste has an autonomous firing action under high temperature and pressure. In addition, the spontaneous firing action due to moisture is suppressed, and a gear pump, also called a gear pump, is installed at the rear of the extruder to stabilize the internal pressure generated in the cylinder of the extruder at a constant level and suppress the spontaneous firing action of the material. As a result, a uniform and lightweight plate-like board product can be secured.
