Description

LIVESTOCK FEEDING DEVICE CAPABLE OF REDUCING WASTE AND FACILITATING RESIDUAL FEED COLLECTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of animal husbandry, in particular to a livestock feeding device capable of reducing waste and facilitating residual feed collection.
BACKGROUND In the breeding of large livestock, the feeding trough is usually used to hold feed for livestock to eat. At present, the conventional feeding trough has no special design, and is only fixed at a position within the reach of livestock. Although the feeding trough has been around for a long time, it has many defects in use. Since livestock prefer to pick concentrated feed, such as corn meal and bran from the mixed feed, they often push the feed out of the trough, resulting in serious waste. After the livestock eat, some of the feed will remain in the trough. Because the inner wall of the conventional feeding trough is smooth, the residual feed is easy to adhere to the inner wall, which is inconvenient to clean, and is easy to cause pollution due to deterioration. In addition, except for the opening at the upper end of the conventional feeding trough, the four sides and bottom end of the feeding trough are closed, so the residual feed inside is not easy to be cleared out.
SUMMARY The present invention provides a livestock feeding device capable of reducing waste and facilitating residual feed collection. A first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that in the prior art the feed in the conventional feeding trough is easy to be pushed out by the livestock.
A second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that the residual feed in the conventional feeding trough is easy to adhere to the inner wall and is difficult to clean.
A third technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that the residual feed in the conventional feeding trough is not easily cleared out due to the obstruction of the side wall.
To solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solution.

Preferably, there are two springs, and the two springs are respectively located on both sides of the lower end of the feeding trough.
Preferably, the springs are connected to the upper fixing seats and the lower fixing seats by hooking.
Preferably, the protrusions are in the shape of a disc, and have a diameter of 3-5 mm and a height of 2-3 mm.
Preferably, the plurality of protrusions are arranged in parallel rows; adjacent protrusions in each row are spaced 30-50 mm apart, and adjacent rows are spaced 40-60 mm apart.
In the above technical solution, the auger trough is used to hold the auger and to receive residual feed from the discharge port.
After the residual feed in the feeding trough is manually swept through the discharge port into the auger trough, the auger is used to remove the residual feed out, thereby achieving convenient cleaning of the residual feed.
The brackets play a supporting role.
The bolts are used to fix the upper bearing seats and the brackets.
The upper bearing seats are used to carry the sliding bearings.
The sliding bearings are used to carry the trough articulated shaft heads on both sides of the feeding trough.
The trough articulated shaft heads are above an arc axis of the feeding trough, so that the feeding trough can rotate around the trough articulated shaft heads as a rotation axis. Moreover, the feeding trough can automatically return under its own gravity. The feeding trough is used to hold feed. The cover plate is used to close the discharge port when there is no need to clean the residual feed. The round head screws are used to fix the cover plate at the discharge port.
The upper fixing seats and the lower fixing seats are respectively hooked with double ends of the springs, and are used to restrict the rotation of the feeding trough. When the feeding trough rotates, it is pulled by the springs, which promotes the return of the feeding trough. The right bearing seat and the left bearing seat are used to carry the bearing, and the bearing is used to rotationally connect the auger shaft. The auger shaft is used to drive the auger to rotate. The large sprocket is connected to the auger shaft.
The washer and the nut are used to seal an end of the auger shaft. The large sprocket, the chain, the small sprocket and the motor are used to drive the auger shaft. The protrusions on the inner surface of the feeding trough are used to increase the contact between the residual feed and the air and relieve the adhesion of the feed.
The present invention provides a livestock feeding device capable of reducing waste and facilitating residual feed collection. In this technical solution, the feeding trough is designed in a swing mode, a follow-up return mechanism is added to the feeding trough, and the internal structure of the feeding trough is improved. Specifically, the feeding trough is carried on a horizontal rotating shaft that is higher than the arc axis of the feeding trough. Tension springs are added to the lower end of the feeding trough. When the feeding trough rotates under the push of livestock, it can immediately return due to its gravity and a pulling force of the springs, so as to prevent the feed from being spilled. In addition, the inner wall of the feeding trough is provided with an array of protrusions, which improve the contact between the residual feed and the outside air to a 5 certain extent, and relive the adhesion of the feed. A closable discharge port is added on a bottom surface of the feeding trough, and an auger is set at the lower end of the discharge port. When it is necessary to clean the feeding trough, the residual feed is manually swept to the auger, and then the auger is turned on to push the residual feed to the outside, which facilitates the cleaning work. The present invention effectively overcomes the operational defects of feeding troughs and has good operational effects.
The feeding trough adopts a tumbler structure to ensure that the feeding trough is always in a follow-up state during the feeding process of livestock. When the livestock pushes the feeding trough to deviate from an initial position in the feeding process, the feed automatically slides down to the lowest position, thereby guiding the livestock to always eat at the lowest position of the trough. The residual feed is discharged from the discharge port at the lower part of the feeding trough by sweeping, and falls into the auger below. Then the residual feed is discharged to the outside by the auger and collected.
The present invention mainly has the following technical advantages.
1. At present, farms often set up a cement trough on the ground for feeding, which causes the soil to be mixed with the feed. The device of the present invention reduces the leakage and pollution of the feed and ensures the sanitation of the feed.
2. To pick concentrated feed such as corn meal and bran from the mixed feed, the livestock often pushes the feed out of the trough, causing serious waste. The device combines higher articulation with the tension of lower springs to achieve the directional return of the feed, that is, the feed slides backward when the livestock pushes the feed forward, and slides forward when the livestock pushes the feed backwards. In this way, the livestock is guided to return to the initial feeding position in time, which prevents the feed from being pushed out of the trough and saves the physical energy consumption of the livestock during the feeding process.
3. The feeding trough 1s internally provided with a bionic protrusion structure, which increases the contact area between the residual feed and the air, and reduces the adhesion of the feed on the wall of the feeding trough, thus facilitating the cleaning and collection of the residual feed.
4. After the residual feed is swept, it is discharged from the discharge port at the lower part of the feeding trough, which reduces the chance of contact with the outside, prevents secondary pollution, and facilitates the collection and reuse of residual feed.
5. The auger in the lower part facilitates the gathering of the residual feed.
