Description

Urn chamber with locking gear DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to an urn chamber with an inner space and with a cover closing the inner space according to the introduction of claim 1.
5 Such an urn chamber is used for the entombing of an urn, wherein an urn is put in an urn chamber recessed in a wall or arranged in an urn site. Usually, several urn chambers are arranged horizontal, next to and / or above each other in such a wall or urn site.
To cover the inner space of the urn chamber receiving the urn, 10 commonly a cover in the form of a closing plate is fixed to the urn chamber. Such a closing plate i.e. cover is usually also applied, when no urn has been put is in the urn chamber yet, to protect the unoccupied inner space of the urn chamber against wet and dirt.
For fastening a cover in the form of a closing plate it is well known, to 15 attach these with mortar or adhesive to the urn chamber. Usually also screws are applied for the fixation.
Such attachment- or respective fastening methods for a cover of the urn chamber are however elaborate and can lead to damages of the urn chamber and / or the cover.
20 In the DE 20 2008 001 508.1 thereto an improved urn chamber is proposed, wherein a locking gear is provided, which enables a simple fixation and release of a cover of an urn chamber. The locking gear is formed by at least a in the cover arranged locking element and a inside the urn chamber fixated component, for example a leaf spring, which can be put 25 in engagement with each other.
In order to be able for the fixation of the cover to the urn chamber to purposively position the cover, are with the urn chamber of DE 20 2008 001 2 508 positioning pins provided. These positioning pins are for example fixated in the cover and are inserted in drillings of the urn chamber walls, in order to assure that the cover is put in a purposive position, before it is definitely fixed to the urn chamber.
5 It is an object of the present invention to improve such an urn chamber with an across a locking gear fixating cover and in particular to ease the attachment of the cover
This object is achieved with an urn chamber according to claim 1.
10
Accordingly an urn chamber with an inner space and a cover closing the inner space is provided. The cover is fixable across an on the inside of the inner space attached locking gear and comprises at least one positioning element, across which the cover for its’ purposive fixation is positionable.
15 The locking gear is formed by at least an on the cover attached locking element and an on the inside of the inner space fixated component, which are connectable to each other, in order to fixate the cover to the urn chamber. According to the invention it is further provided, that by purposive positioning of the cover the positioning element extends into the 20 inner space of the urn chamber and at the same time the at the inside of the inner space fixated component of the locking gear extends at least partially between the positioning element and the locking element.
In this manner first off is achieved that any drillings in the chamber 25 walls of the urn chamber bounding the inner space are not necessary for receiving the positioning element of the cover. On the other side are the locking gear with the at least one positioning element brought in direct neighborhood to each other such that said components on the cover and the inside of the urn chamber thereby can be implemented clearly more 30 compactly.
3
In that way, in a preferred embodiment between the locking element and the positioning element of the cover a space in-between is formed, wherein the at the inside of the inner space fixated component of the 5 locking gear extends, when the cover is fixed in its’ purposive position.
For fastening of the cover preferably at least one of the components of the locking gear engages the other component of the locking gear, such that these are form-locked connected with each other.
10
Preferably is the on the inside of the inner space fixated component in so elastic formed and /or so elastic pre-tensioned, that the component automatically engages the locking element when the cover purposively closes off the inner space. The on the inside of the inner space fixated 15 component of the locking gear can for example be a leaf spring, which with a bent hook-shaped engagement-region engages a recess of the locking element of the cover, as soon as the cover has been arranged in a the inner space purposively covering (end)-position in the urn chamber.
20 To ensure a possible faultless purposive positioning over the positioning element or also a plurality of positioning elements of the cover, the positioning element preferably is taken up in a receptive of the inner space. Such as for example a recess or notch in a the inside of the urn chamber defining respectively bounding chamber wall.
25
If such a receptive is formed for example in the form of a groove, which originates form a by the cover covered opening of the urn chamber, the positioning element can be insertable and even slidable in the receptive. To the extent that the positioning element is slidable in the receptive of the 30 inner space of the urn chamber, is the positioning element from the start 4 taken up form-locked in the receptive. The positioning element is inserted along the receptive such, till the cover has reached its’ purposive end-position, in which it is fastenable.
5 In order in this composition to ease the insertion of the positioning element and / or to exploit the insertion of the positioning element along the inside of the receptive till the reaching of purposive end position of the cover for a first arrest of the cover to the urn chamber, extends the receptive as seen from the to the urn chamber fixated cover in a conical way.
10
This on the one hand can mean, that the receptive tapers along the direction of insertion of the positioning element and that by further insertion the positioning element is force-locked taken up in the receptive.
15 On the other hand a conical course of the receptive can mean an inclined course of the side of the receptive facing the inner space. In this manner a positioning element projecting form the cover into the inner space of the urn chamber is pushed away form the camber wall with increasing insertion in the receptive in a direction perpendicular to the direction of 20 insertion of the positioning element. Precisely with the employment of at least two positioning elements located opposite of the cover, a jamming is obtained, such that the cover already prior to its’ eventual fixation by the locking gear is locked to the urn chamber and is kept thereby in its’ purposive position.
25
For a compact arrangement of the locking gear with the in the immediate vicinity located positioning element it is furthermore regarded as an advantage, when the inside the urn chamber fixated component of the locking gear at least partially covers the receptive for the positioning 30 element.
5
To ease the attachment of the locking element and the positioning element or a plurality of positioning elements and / or locking elements to the cover, these are fitted to an attachment element that is fastenable to the 5 cover as a complete assembly.
Preferably, the locking element and the positioning element, respectively the locking elements and the positioning elements are molded to the attachment element. Like this, a locking element and / or a 10 positioning element can be molded with the attachment element out of one piece or supplementary out of one material, e.g. by welding, connected with these.
By the application of an attachment element the locking element or 15 locking elements need to be fixed to the cover just as little direct as the positioning element or the positioning elements. On the contrary, in its’ form almost arbitrary and to the assembly situation accommodated attachment element prefabricated and be fixated to the cover. The fixation of the attachment element to the cover can be done by e.g. inserting (into a 20 thereto provided notch of the cover), sticking, screwing or nailed.
Preferred is the formation of the attachment element as an elongated metal profile, to the ends of which in each case a positioning element and a locking element are arranged and that is fastened by screws to the inner 25 side of the cover.
As mentioned above, it is for a smooth assembly and particular effective fixation of the cover preferred that the locking gear comprises two locking elements fixed to the cover and two at the inside of the inner space fixated 30 components and that the cover comprises two positioning elements. In 6 particular by a symmetric arrangement of the mentioned elements are both the manufacturing as the assembly of the inner space closing cover improved.
5 In one example of an embodiment tying in with the above embodiments is a two locking elements and two positioning elements carrying attachment element essentially elongated formed , such that the attachment element extends at a the inner space facing inner side of the cover between two ends of the attachment element. At each of the both ends of the attachment 10 element are then a locking element and a positioning element arranged next to each other, such that these both extend into the inner space of the urn chamber and that the in the inner space fixated component of the locking gear in the case of purposive positioning of the cover extends partially in between them.
15
Preferably, is for this purpose the positioning element inserted along a chamber wall of the inner space, whereto also the component of the locking gear is fixated and which covers the receptive partially, into the receptive. At the very latest is in the case of a purposive fixation of the cover to the 20 urn chamber the positioning element situated at a the receptive facing first side of the component, while at the opposite of the first side located second side of the component the locking gear is located and is in engagement with the component.
25 To ensure the disassembly of the fixation of the cover from the locking gear , the cover comprises at least one insertion opening, through which a special tool is insertable from the outside of the urn chamber into the closed off inner space.
7
Preferably, the locking gear furthermore is implemented hollow, such that the special tool is insertable through the insertion opening into the locking element, to take a locking by the with each other in engagement being components of the locking gear (locking element and inside the inner 5 space fixated component) apart from each other.
Furthermore, the cover can comprise at least one buffer element that by purposive positioning of the cover to the urn chamber raises a restoring force, against which the cover is to be moved, in order to fixate the cover to 10 the urn chamber.
With the at least one buffer element or a plurality of buffer elements is thus a more defined locking path provided, which is to be overcome by the already to the urn chamber positioned cover to be eventually fixated. The 15 buffer element can be a spring or a buffer from elastic material. Preferably, cost effective mushroom head rubbers are applied.
Advantageous embodiment variants are likewise given by the dependent claims.

Further features and advantages of the invention will in addition become clear in the following description of embodiment examples by reference to the figures.

10 In the figures 1A and IB partially an urn chamber 1 is shown, whereof the inner space I for the reception of an urn is formed respectively defined of multiple chamber walls. The urn chamber 1 is at one side open, where trough an urn can be placed in the inner space I. This side is closed by a cover 2 in the form of a closing plate, which is fixed over a locking gear 15 explained below to the urn chamber 1. The a square basic surface
comprising cover 2 for the closing of the inner space is applied in the urn chamber 1, such that its’ the square basic surface defining outer sides 21 are framed by the chamber walls of the urn chamber 1.Hereto comprise the distinct chamber walls of the urn chamber 1 a circumventing indentation 20 14, by which the edge of the cover 2 is framed such that a the inner space I
facing away front surface of the cover 2 almost completely adjourns with an outer surface 13 of the urn chamber 1.
As already explained above, the urn chamber 1 comprises a locking gear 25 for the fixation of the cover 2. This is presently formed by two opposite of each other lying locking elements 4, 4* and two opposite of each other lying leaf springs 6, 6*, of which in the partially view of figs. 1A and IB yet only again the locking element 4 and the leaf spring 6 are shown.
9
The leaf springs 6, 6* show each an inside the inner space I over a screw S fixated component of the locking gear, while to the locking elements 4, 4* in shape a hollow formed cylinder pin is arranged. The locking elements 4, 4* extend each essentially perpendicular to the square basic surface of the 5 cover 2 and therewith to the from outside visible front surface of the cover 2 into the inner space I of the urn chamber 1.
The locking element 4 (just as the hereto symmetrical shaped locking element 4*) comprises an engagement region 41 in form of a recess in the 10 hollow shaped cylinder pin. In this engagement region 41 engages an elastic shaped locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6 (6*), when the cover 2 is arranged in its’ purposive end position and therewith the locking element 4 (4*) sufficiently reaches in the inner space I.
15 The locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6 (6*) is formed by a free, unbent end portion of the leaf spring 6 (6*). This locking region 62 is by the insertion of the locking element 4 (4*) in the inner space I pressed by these primarily in the direction of the chamber wall 10 (10*), whereto the leaf spring 6 (6*) over a fixation region 60 of the leaf spring 6 (6*) is fixated by a 20 screw S. Due to the elasticity of the locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6 (6*) engages this automatically on the the engagement region 41 defining recess of the locking element 4 (4*), as soon as the locking element 4 (4*) is inserted far enough in the inner space I. In order to ensure a sufficient pretension of the leaf spring 6 (6*), is the parallel to the chamber wall 10(10*) 25 extending fixation region 60 of the leaf spring 6 (6*) over a angled middle region 61 with the locking region 62 connected.
In order ensure already before the fixation of the cover 2 to the urn chamber 1, that the cover 2 is purposive positioned to the urn chamber 1, 30 comprises the urn chamber two symmetric to each another formed 10 positioning element 5 and 5*, of which in figs. 1A and IBagain only positioning element 5 is shown. By the positioning elements 5, 5* a centering of the cover 2 to the urn chamber 1 can be ensured, before the cover 2 is fixated for durably closing the inner space I.
5
The positioning elements 5, 5* are currently formed each through a bent end portion of an attachment element 3. This attachment element 3 is essentially elongated and formed from a rectangular narrow beam-shaped metal profile and fixed to a to a the inner space I facing inner side of the 10 cover 2. The each at their end bent portions, which define a positioning element 5, respectively 5*, protrude essentially perpendicular to the inner surface of the cover 2 in the direction of the inner space I.
In order to be able to ensure a desired positioning of the in the urn 15 chamber 1 fitted cover 2, comprises the inner space I of the urn chamber 1 in each case a receptive 11 or 11* in the chamber wall 10 respectively 10*. This receptive 11 or 11* is in each case formed as a notch or pocket, wherein the respective positioning elements 5, 5*can be inserted. In particular, the recess 11, 11* can be formed such by the milling of a corresponding groove.
20
For ensuring a slipping of the cover 2 already by the insertion of the positioning elements 5, 5* in the receptive 11, 11*, are the positioning elements 5, 5*form-locked in the receptive 11, 11* received.
25 In order to further to arrest or hold the cover 2 already for their fixation over the locking gear (4, 4*, 6, 6*) to the urn chamber 1 in a purposive position, extend the receptives 11, 11* in each case as seen from the inner space I facing inner side of the cover 2 in a conical way. In this manner is a force lock generated, over which the cover 2 by the positioning elements 5, 30 5* at least shortly is arrested 11
Hereto on the one hand can the perpendicular to an inner surface 12 of the chamber wall 10 (respectively analogous for a chamber wall 10*) extending side surfaces of the receptive 11 (11*) taper conically, such that 5 the positioning element 5 (5*) in each case jams inside the to him assigned chamber wall 10 (10*).
Alternatively or supplementary to such a narrowing of the receptive 11 can on the other hand be provided that a the inner space I facing surface 10 110 of the receptive 11 or 11* in relation to the flat chamber wall 10 or 10* progresses at least slightly inclined, such that the each positioning element 5, 5* is pressed by further insertion in the receptive 11 or 11* increasingly in the direction of the inner space I and therewith perpendicular to the inserting direction. In this manner is by the symmetrically opposite lying 15 positioning elements 5 and 5* of the cover 2 a (slight) jamming of the cover 2 in a purposive position already before the fixation of the cover realised. Thus can in precedence of the fixation of the cover 2 over the by the locking elements 4, 4* and the leaf springs 6, 6* formed locking gear an arresting of the cover 2 be ensured, whereby the cover e.g. during full fastening 20 operation does not need to be held with its’ full weight by a person.
As is further apparent in Fig. 1, discerns the shown embodiment example by the arrangement according to the invention of the positioning element 5 and the components (4, 6) of the locking gear by an extremely 25 compact formation. So is over the positioning element 5 and the locking element 4 (just as analogous by the positioning element 5* and the locking element 4* on the opposite located end of the attachment arrangement 3) an interstice Z created. The thereby near each other to the attachment element 3 moulded respectively in one piece with the attachment element 3 formed 30 positioning elements 5, 5* and locking elements 4, 4* take accordingly by a 12 purposive fixation of the cover 2 to the urn chamber 1 the locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6 between them. The therewith already before to the chamber wall 10 or 10* fixated leaf spring 6, 6* extends therewith in each case at least partially between the positioning element 5, 5* and the 5 locking element 4, 4* of the cover 2.
As the leaf spring 6, 6* each almost completely cover the receptive 11, 11* for the positioning element 5, 5*, is the positioning element 5, 5* arranged to a first one of the chamber wall 10, 10* facing side of the leaf 10 spring 6, 6*, while the locking element 4, 4* extends on a to the first side opposite lying second side of the leaf spring 6, 6*. While the locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6, 6* for the remainder continually is supported by the in the receptive 11, 11* inserted positioning element 5, 5*, can a defined desired distance of the locking region 62 to the locking element 4, 4* be 15 ensured by the installing of the cover 2. The locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6, 6* is so over the positioning element 5, 5* and the locking element 4, 4* from two sides engaged and the locking region 62 is located always in a purposive condition, for by a sufficient insertion of the locking element 4, 4* in the inner space I engaging the engagement region 41of the locking 20 element 4, 4* and for fixating therewith the cover 2.
In the Fig. 1A follows the explained support of the with the locking element 4 engaged engagement region 62 furthermore by an engagement site of the engagement region 62 with the angled middle region 61 of the 25 leaf spring 6.
In order to with an already in the urn chamber 1 arranged cover 2 before the eventual fixation further provide a defined locking path, are at the edge of the cover 2 buffer elements in the form of mushroom head 30 rubbers 7 provided. These mushroom head rubbers 7 interact with the the 13 edge facing surfaces of the indentation 14 of the urn chamber 1 and generate due to their elasticity a restoring force which works against the further insertion of the cover 2 in the direction of the inner space I.
5 In the Fig. 1A furthermore an insertion opening 20 in the cover 2 is shown, through which a special tool is insertable in the inner space I from outside the urn chamber 1 when the inner space is closed off by the fixated cover 2. The insertion opening 20 ends in the hollow shaped locking gear 4, such that by the special tool the locking region 62 of the leaf spring 6 can be 10 brought out of engagement with the engagement region 41 of the locking element 4. Hereto is by the special tool the bent, hook shaped portion of the leaf spring 6, that forms the locking region 62, pressed in the direction of the chamber wall 10 and therewith moved out off the recess that forms the engagement region 41 of the locking element 4. Analogous is through a 15 further insertion opening (not shown) a releasing of the locking between the locking element 4* and the leaf spring 6* through the special tool achieved.
In the Fig. 2A is in perspective view the cover 2 explicitly shown with 20 the thereto fixated attachment element 3. The attachment element 3 extends as narrow, essentially rectangular metal profile at an inner side of the cover 2, that by purposive positioning of the cover 2 is faced to the inner space I. At the end of an at the inner side of the cover 2 mating middle portion 30 of the attachment element 3, by which through two screws S the 25 attachment element 3 to cover 2 is fixated, are each time a positioning element 5 or 5* and a locking element 4 or 4* arranged. The positioning elements 5 and 5* are each by bending an end portion of the attachment element 3 formed, such that the positioning elements 5 and 5*each protrude as essentially rectangular lips from the middle portion 30 and form the ends 30 of the attachment elements 3. Both the locking elements 4 and 4* are 14 between the positioning elements 5 and 5* and each time are arranged in small distance to an assigned positioning element 5 respectively 5*. The locking elements 4 and 4* are therefore moulded to the attachment element 3 by soldering.
5
As can be seen once more in the enlarged view of Fig. 2B, are the locking element 4 and the positioning element 5 (analogous the symmetrically formed locking element 4* and the positioning element 5*) just a small distance located apart. The thereby between them formed 10 interstice Z allows therewith the insertion of the angled spring leaf 6 (6*) or their locking region 62 between positioning element 5 (5*) and locking element 4 (4*), such that these preferably is supported by the positioning element 5 (5*) and with the engagement region 41 of the locking element 4 (4*) engages, as soon as the cover 2is arranged in the purposive end position 15 in the urn chamber 1.
The Fig. 3A shows in a perspective view an urn chamber 1 with the cuboid shape formed inner space I, which is bounded by four chamber walls. The both opposite of each other lying chamber walls 10 and 10* comprise 20 each a receptive 11 respectively 11*, as well as an at the respective chamber wall 10 or 10* fixated elongated spring leaf 6 or 6*, which cover off almost completely the each to them assigned receptive 11 respectively 11*.
Inside the circumventing indentation 14, wherein the cover 2 is framed, 25 are at each corner mushroom head rubbers 7 as buffer elements provided, which provide a defined locking path. This locking path needs to be subdued by the cover 2, to by the engaging of the elastic formed locking region 62 of the spring leaf 6, 6* in the assigned locking region 41 of each locking element 4, 4* fixate the cover 2.
30 15
In Fig. 3B is in an enlarged view once more a receptive 11 of the each receptive 11, 11* with the assigned spring leaf shown. The “below” the spring leaf 6 extending receptive 11 runs as a groove from one side of the indentation 14 into the chamber wall 10, such that it opposite of the flat 5 inner side 12 of the chamber wall 10 lies deepened. At the the receptive facing side of the leaf spring 6 runs the bent locking region 62 “over” the leaf spring 6. This locking region 62 is presently established, by the bending of an end portion of the leaf spring 6 over 135°, such that the locking region 62 extends with an angle of ca. 45° (135°) to the inner surface 12 of the 10 assigned chamber wall 10 into the inner space I.
In Fig. 4A is the urn chamber 1 with fixated cover 2 shown as seen form the inside of the inner space I. The cover2 closed off the inner space I more specifically the opening of the urn chamber 1 completely.
15
By the angled leaf springs 6, 6*, which engage the locking elements 4 and 4*, is the cover 2 durably fixated to the urn chamber 1. However, by an through the insertion opening 20 inserted special tool can the locking be released and therewith the cover 2 in an easy manner be taken off again.
20
By the in the inner space I always located receptives 11 and 11* for the positioning elements 5 and 5* of the cover 2 can not only be the purposive positioning of the cover 2 before its’ fixation be eased. Moreover it is also possible, by the in the defined interstice Z located portion of the leaf springs 25 6, 6* to always ensure a defined fixing of the cover 2. Thus, is a desired distance of the locking region 62 of a leaf spring 6 or 6* from a locking element 4 or 4* predetermined by the measure of the interstice Z and is the desired distance always with or by the affixing of the cover 2 predefined.
16
This is once more shown in the enlarged view of the Fig. 4B, in which a fragment of the closed urn chamber 1 of the Fig. 4A is shown. Thus is herein once more the course of the locking region 62 between the locking element 4 and the positioning element 5 illustrated, when the cover 2 is purposively 5 fixated to the urn chamber 1. While the receptive 11 receives the positioning element 5 below the leaf spring 6, extends the locking element 4 above the leaf spring 6 and is there in engagement with the locking region 62.
