Claims (15)

Conclusies
1. Een maaier-hakselaar (1) voor het maaien, hakselen, breken en verwijderen van gras en/of vegetatie, bestaande uit: Een primaire behuizing (2) en een secundaire behuizing (6); Genoemde primaire behuizing (2), gedragen door een bevestigingskop (16) en ondersteund door een looprol (5), draagt een door een hydraulische motor (34) aangedreven maaibalk (3) met horizontale roterende schijven (21 en 23) met meerdere snijelementen (22) en een of meer maaiselgeleidingsbladen (14), de secundaire behuizing (6) draagt een door een hydraulische motor (33) aangedreven rotoras (4) inclusief een aanta! hangend gemonteerde hakselelementen (18) die samenwerken met een bed van stationaire snijbladen (8) en een stationaire breekbalk (15), een of meer restmateriaalgeleidingsvinnen (32) en een of meer luchtinlaatopeningen (13 en 24) die zijn opgenomen in de secundaire behuizing (6) en daaraan bevestigde trapeziumvormig bovendeksel (9) bestaande uit een versnellingszone (10) en een rond gevormde uitlaatopening (11).
2. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 1, verder omvattende ten minste één bed van stationaire snijbladen (8) en een stationaire breekbalk (15) gemonteerd op het binnenoppervlak van de secundaire behuizing (6) tussen de inlaatopening en de uitlaatopening (11), waarbij de snijbladen en de breekbalk (15) zijn geconfigureerd om samen te werken met de roterende, hangend gemonteerde hakselelementen (18) om het door de maaibalk (3) gemaaid gras en vegetatie te verkleinen tot een deeltjesgrootte van één tot twee centimeter.
3. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 2, waarbij de rotoras (4) stroomopwaarts het gehakselde en gebroken restmateriaal versnelt richting uitlaatopening (11).
4. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 2, waarbij de uitlaatopening (11) zich in het bovenste achterste kwadrant van de secundaire behuizing (6) bevindt en waarbij de rotoras (4) roteert in een richting waarin de hakselelementen (18) naar de uitlaatopening (11) bewegen.
5. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 1, waarbij een flexibele inlaatopening (12) zich vóór de maaibalk (3) bevindt.
6. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de flexibele inlaatopening (12) in breedte beperkt is tot de afmetingen van de breedte van de maaibalk (3).
7. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 1, verder omvattende een maaibalk (3) met ten minste twee schijven waarvan de buitenste schijven (21) trommels (20) aan de bovenkant hebben om het zwad gemaaid gras en/of vegetatie naar de inlaatopening van de secundaire behuizing (6) te geleiden.
8. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 7, waarbij de inlaatopening en de uitlaatopening (11) van de secundaire behuizing (6) centraal zijn geplaatst ten opzichte van de breedte van de maaibalk (3) en de as (4) van de snijrotor.
9. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 7, waarbij de primaire behuizing (2) een of meer maaiselgeleidingsbladen (14) omvat om het gesneden materiaal te sturen en te richten naar het midden van de inlaatopening van de secundaire behuizing (6).
10. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 7, verder omvattende een of meer luchtinlaatopeningen (13 en 24) die zich in de versnellingszone (10) van de secundaire behuizing (6) en het trapeziumvormig bovendeksel (9) bevinden.
11. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 10, waarbij de versnellingszone (10) geen hakselelementen bevat.
12. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 11, waarbij ten minste één, instelbare, set residugeleidingsvinnen (32) is gemonteerd op het binnenopperviak van de versnellingszone (10) van het bovendeksel (9).
13 Het apparaat volgens conclusie 12, waarbij het trapeziumvormige bovendeksel (9) verder een trapeziumvormige versnellingszone (10) en ten minste één rond gevormde uitlaatopening (11) omvat.
14. Het apparaat volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de secundaire behuizing (6) cilindrisch is.
15. Het apparaat volgens een van de voorgaande conclusies, met het kenmerk, dat het apparaat (1) een bevestigingskop (16) heeft dat op de primaire behuizing (2) is gemonteerd voor bevestiging aan een beweegbare verlengarm (30).
