Abstract

The bed has a three-part construction comprising a seat (3), a backrest (2) and a headrest (1) all releasably connected to each other. The bed is made from a flexible plastic with a coarse structure. Suckers (4) on the underside of the bed are used to secure it to the inside of the bath. Pairs of nozzles on the underside of the seat, backrest and headrest are used to inflate it with air or liquid. Partition walls containing openings are present in the seat, backrest and headrest in order to provide stability. A massaging device can be incorporated into the bed.
