The invention is a plastic device, consisting of three or more elements, depending on the model of the labeling machine. A cap element is placed over the rotating part of the labeling mechanism. The remaining two or more elements are placed on the fixed housing of the drive mechanism, together they form a receiving bin. Adhesives and labels are collected here. The machine stays clean.

The combination of the elements gives an optimal result, it is also possible to use the elements independently of each other.

15 In the current production process, time is lost because the labeling machine must be cleaned manually, in the meantime, time and again. If the plastic device is dirty, little time is spent on replacement. The production process is interrupted for less time and thus becomes more effective.

20 Because the glue is water-based, cleaning is done with water. Water is not conducive to the functioning of the mechanism. The use of water requires intensive maintenance of the mechanism. Due to the plastic provision, the use of water as a cleaning agent is less important. The mechanism is loaded less, maintenance costs are reduced, the life of the machine is extended.

The provision can be made in a disposable form or in a multi-use form. The choice of material is decisive here.
