Abstract

A machine dishwashing tablet is used in a process for washing dishes in which no rinse aid and no salt is used in the machine. The tablet comprises greater than 45 wt% of a builder and has a distinct defined region (A) which is a maximum of 30 wt% of total weight of the tablet, the separate defined region (A) comprising a material that controls regions (A) dissolution in water.
