Description
Inrichting voor het op de juiste plaats zetten van producten.
De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een inrichting voor 5 het op de juiste plaats zetten van producten via een roterende as met daarop gemonteerd uitsteeksels op een plaats, waar een constante regelmatige aanvoer gewenst is.
Een dergelijke inrichting is bekend uit de praktijk, Doch een volledig gecontroleerd proces van op de juiste 10 plaats zetten is onbekend.
Met de uitvinding wordt beoogd een een dergelijke inrichting te verkrijgen met behulp waarvan de constante volledig gecontroleerde beweging leidt tot een geheel beheersbaar systeem van positioneren.
15 Volgens de uitvinding kan dit worden bereikt doordat De rol, dan wel meerdere rollen, met behulp van exact geplaatste puntvormige uitsteeksels, een transportrol vervullen.
De puntvormige uitsteeksels - van kunststof en/of 20 metaal - pakken de te positioneren producten exact op.
De vorm van de puntvormige uitsteeksels op de as is zodanig, dat de producten wel verplaatst kunnen worden, doch nooit vast kunnen komen te zitten aan de uitsteeksels.
25 Fig.l toont schematisch een zijaanzicht op de inrichting volgens de uitvinding, waarbij ter wille van de duidelijkheid van de figuur bepaalde onderdelen zin weggelaten.
Fig.2 toont een bovenaanzicht op de as met 30 puntvormige uitsteeksels.
Doordat deze inrichting exact de producten oppakt en Afgeeft vindt een volledig gecontroleerd transportproces 1 0 1 ' 2 plaats
In bijvoorbeeld de vleesverwerkende industrie kan de via een excentriek aangevoerde en precies op gewicht in de gewenste vorm gesneden hoeveelheid vlees- (waar) exact 5 op de gewenste plek op een lopende band worden gelegd.
De vorm van de puntvormige uitsteeksels en de snelheid van de rol/as geven exact de juiste wijze en snelheid van transport weer, waardoor verdere verwerking, met name dient hier aan bijvoorbeeld verpakking te worden gedacht, 10 aanzienlijk wordt vereenvoudigd.
De rol met puntvormige uitsteeksels is gemakkelijk te reinigen en het aantal uitsteeksels, gekoppeld aan de grootte van de uitsteeksels en de breedte van de rol, wordt bepaald door de te verplaatsen producten.
15 De opstelling van de inrichting maakt het mogelijk meerdere producten tegelijkertijd exact te positioneren op bijvoorbeeld een lopende band.
Claims (3)
1. Inrichting voor het op de juiste plaats zetten van producten via een roterende as/rol.
2. Inrichting volgens conclusie 1, met het kenmerk, dat puntvormige uitsteeksels op de rol voor een volledig gecontroleerde positionering zorgen
3. Inrichting volgens conclusie 2, met het kenmerk, dat de puntvormige uitsteeksels zodanig zijn gevormd, 10 dat de te positioneren producten zodanig verplaatst kunnen worden, dat de combinatie van vorm en snelheid de positionering op bijvoorbeeld een lopende band bepalen.
