Description
Title: Container for storing waste or valuable materials, especially in multi-family houses and flats.
The invention relates to a container for storing waste or valuable materials, in particular in multi-family houses or flats, comprising a bottom part and a removable lid.
For storage of, for example, waste or valuable substances occurring in multi-family houses or flats, containers are arranged at central locations as collection bins for waste or valuable substances, which are disposed by each householder according to the amount of waste or valuable substances produced by him / her. used. A drawback of these containers is that they are freely accessible and can be used and that a settlement of the storage or processing costs corresponding to the amount of waste or valuable substances produced by an individual person is not possible. This means that residents who are keen on avoiding and limiting waste have to pay the same share of costs as less waste-conscious inmates. This storage and settlement method is not suitable to encourage residents of multi-family houses and flats to avoid or promote waste. Moreover, due to the free accessibility of the containers for waste or valuable substances, the improper use by foreign persons cannot be prevented, unless the lid of the containers for waste or valuable substances, as already applied, by a chain with a lock and the associated drawbacks are protected.
The object of the invention is to provide a container for waste or valuable materials for multi-family houses and flats, which can only be used by the competent house-occupants, which registers each filling operation and simultaneously attributes 1003506 2 to the respective user. The solution according to the invention must provide the possibility to convert existing containers for waste or valuable substances in an inexpensive manner, to be as simple and robust as possible and to require no external energy.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the lid of the container can be closed for waste or valuable substances, the container comprises an attachment, which is provided with a lockable, pivotable feed funnel and a counting mechanism with a counting indicator is present for counting. the pivoting movements of the feed funnel and means for attributing an operation to the authorized users.
It is noted that from DE-A-43.42.762 a bulk goods container with a closable lid is known. This cover can be opened by authorized users by inserting a chip card into a reader and then filling it with waste. Such a device is problematic in the usual application in the open air, because the functioning of an electronic reading device can be adversely affected, for example as a result of weather conditions. In addition, with this device 25 a specially manufactured lid must be fitted on the bulk container, which is complex and does not entail considerable costs.
In the container according to the invention, on the other hand, there is a more robust, mechanical lock and the series-produced lid can be retained. During mounting, only the cap-shaped attachment according to the invention is applied to the container.
An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the lid is pivotally mounted on the lower part 35 of the container for waste or valuable substances.
In another embodiment according to the invention, the lid can be lifted and lowered in vertical direction.

According to the invention, it is advantageous that the attachment is arranged on the lid of the container for waste or valuable substances.
Within the scope of the invention, however, it is also possible that the attachment is arranged laterally on the container for waste or valuable substances.
Het onbevoegd vullen van de container voor afval of waardevolle stoffen wordt volgens de uitvinding verhinderd doordat een vergrendelmechanisme voor de invoertrechter 10 aanwezig is.Unauthorized filling of the container for waste or valuable substances is prevented according to the invention in that a locking mechanism for the feed funnel 10 is present.
According to the invention, the infeed funnel is accessible only in that the attachment comprises locks for controlling the locking mechanism, which have been allocated to the householders.
The advantages obtained by the invention in particular consist in that only authorized householders can store their waste in the container for waste or valuable substances according to the invention, each filling operation being registered numerically and attributed to the householder concerned. This is a precondition that a statement of waste storage costs can be drawn up for each householder, which depends on the amount of waste he generates, thereby providing incentives for waste avoidance and willingness to do so. is supported financially. By easily converting existing containers for waste or valuable substances without expensive conversion measures, the device according to the invention can be realized inexpensively. In addition, a failure-resistant mechanical solution to the problem is provided, which does not require outside energy.
Examples of embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and are explained in more detail below. In the drawing: 1003506 Fig. 1 shows a side view of the container for waste or valuable substances according to the invention, with a pivoting lid; fig. 2 shows a front view of the top part of the container for waste or valuable substances according to fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a side view of a second container for waste or valuable materials according to the invention with a lid that can be lifted and lowered in a vertical direction; Fig. 4 shows a front view of the container for waste or valuable substances according to fig. 3; fig. 5 shows a section along the line A-B in figure 3; and Figures 6, 7 and 8 are a schematic representation of the operations during the filling of the container for waste or valuable substances via the infeed funnel.
Figure 1 shows a side view of a mobile container 1 for waste or valuable substances and Figure 2 shows a front view of the upper part of the container 1 of Figure 1, of which container the lid 3 is pivotally mounted on the lower part 2; Figures 3 and 4 show the same views of another mobile container for waste or valuable materials, the lid 3 of which can advantageously be lifted and lowered in vertical direction. In both exemplary embodiments, the lid 3 can be locked with the bottom part 2 and can only be opened by persons who are authorized to empty the container 1 for waste or valuable substances. According to the invention, a cap-shaped attachment 4 is provided on the lid 3 of the two containers 1 for waste or valuable substances shown, which will be described later. In another embodiment of the invention, not shown in the drawing, the attachment 4 can be arranged laterally on the container 1 for waste or valuable substances. The application is effected by simple connection, for example by screwing the device according to the invention onto an existing container 1 for waste or valuable materials. Naturally, new containers 1 for waste or valuable materials can also be provided directly with the device according to the invention.
For emptying the container 1 for waste or 5 valuable substances according to Figures 1 and 2, the lid 3 is pivoted backwards in a known manner, the entire container 1 for waste or valuable substances is lifted and tilted sideways. The attachment 4 according to the invention and the elements 10 arranged in the inner part thereof are therefore more likely to be damaged. In the preferred embodiment according to the invention this danger is excluded from the container 1 for waste or valuable substances according to Figures 3 and 4. The lid 3 of the container 1 for waste or valuable substances is arranged with the right and left ends thereof on base beams 15, which slide over and lift over associated right and left footballs 16 and a frame 17 for receiving the container 1 for waste or valuable materials. The bases 16 have base plates 18 on the lower end, which ensure the stability of the frame 17.
The roll-up 19 movable part 2 of the container 1 for waste or valuable substances is mounted on the frame 17 such that the part 2 can be locked by means of two locking bolts 20 on the right and left base beam 15 of the frame 17, and the lowered lid closes the lower part 2 (figure 3). To empty the container 1 for waste or valuables, the locking bolts 20 arranged on the right and left side are removed and the lid 3 is lifted in vertical direction, for example by operating a crank not shown in the drawing, whereby the base beams 15 slide along the guide beams 16. As soon as the cover 3 releases the bottom part 2, the bottom part 2 under the cover 3 can be driven out of the frame 17 and emptied in a known manner. The lid 3 with the attachment 4 then rests on the frame 17 arranged 1003506 6, so that damage or an impact load of the attachment 4 during emptying of the container 1 for waste or valuable substances is avoided.
The attachment 4 is provided with a shovel-shaped feed funnel 5, which is mounted on a shaft 7 with its bottom 6 and forward and can be swiveled at the back. The shaft 7 communicates with a locking mechanism 13 for locking the feed funnel 5 as well as with a counting mechanism 14 for counting the pivoting movements of the feed funnel 5, both parts being indicated in Figures 1 and 5. The rear wall 8 of the feed hopper 5, which is curved outwards in the illustrated embodiments and on which a handle 9 for operating the feed hopper 5 is arranged, closes the attachment 4 outwards in a locked condition.
As can be seen from the front views of the waste or valuables container 1 of Figures 2 and 3, the attachment 4 next to the rear wall 8 of the feed hopper 5 comprises a series of locks 10, with each lock 10 showing a counter 11 and a recognition sign 12, which may be a nameplate, for example. The locks 10 are divided between the occupants of the multi-family house or a flat, and each lock 10 can only be locked with the associated key.
To fill containers 1 for waste or 30 valuable substances, the authorized resident inserts the key into the lock 10 assigned to him and, by turning the key, unlocks the locking mechanism 13 of the feed hopper 5. Figures 6, 7 and 8 show side view of the course of operations during filling of the container 1 for waste or valuable substances via the infeed funnel 5. In the starting position in figure 6, by turning the key in the lock 10, the 1003506 7 locking mechanism 13 and the counting mechanism 14 are released and the key itself is locked in the lock 10 against being pulled out. The infeed hopper 5 can now be pivoted forward by pulling the handle 9 into the waste disposal position shown in figure 7. In this position, the waste is thrown into the feed hopper 5. For emptying, the infeed funnel 5 is then pivoted completely backwards into the attachment 4, as shown in figure 8, the waste falling into the container 1 for waste 10 or valuable substances. In this position of the insertion funnel 5, the key in the lock 10 is released by the locking mechanism 13 and the funnel 5 pivots back into its starting position. Each completed swinging movement of the funnel 5 is transferred by the shaft 7 to the counter mechanism 14, thereby recorded and counted by the counter display 11 associated with the lock 10 used. At the end of a collection period, the amount of waste thrown into the container 1 for waste or valuable substances by each authorized householder can be read on the counter display and an invoice can be drawn up accordingly.
