Microphone housing and suspension mounting system for wind instruments in general.
The invention relates to a microphone system which is provided with a totally new appearance, which also relates to the suspension and mounting system for a wind instrument in general. The housing of the model of the microphone is a 4-point star with in the center a housing for the microphone capsule in the tips of the star, each 1 hole of 3.5 mm which relates to the mounting system that is specially designed beaker clamp system on the beaker of a wind instrument with between the clamp and the tip a freely woven black associated elastic, the 10 microphone housing (star) completely free hanging and vibration transfer centered in the beaker of a wind instrument can amplify the sound. Due to the special cup clamping system, it has been shown after extensive testing that the microphone system remains absolutely in case of impact or fall of the instrument, the microphone system remains on the cup of the instrument, the 4-point mounting system is also designed so that it can be placed on the instrument. if you store the instrument in the case after playing, by keeping the weight of the housing (star) including microphone as light as possible, the system has no influence on the balance of the instrument, which in contrast to many of the existing models is the case. Since it is possible to use an elastic of various lengths, this system can be used for all cup sizes that occur in the 20 wind instruments. The existing microphones that have been marketed so far have various disadvantages such as the squeezing system, for example, is often too heavy or easy to repel, often the microphones are too big and too heavy, which certainly has a major disadvantage on the saxophone balance. eg if the weight of a microphone is too heavy on the beaker of a saxophone, the sax wants to tip forward, as a result of which the mouthpiece comes out of the mouth and therefore it is no longer possible to play. Also, most systems available are very sensitive to rejection because they protrude too much from the cup as the microphones are clamped to the cup with a clip system, they also have a large sound and vibration transfer because the microphone directly on the clip mounted. Another system even has a microphone almost 20 cm 30 high on the cup with the result that the balance is even more disadvantaged and if you turn your saxophone quickly, it will fall off spontaneously.

The invention is further elucidated hereinbelow on the basis of various drawings.
The microphone system with a star model as a housing with 4 points is indicated by 20, the purpose of the star is so that a free woven elastic 5 can be put through the holes 22 so that loops of elastic are formed between the points 21 of the star. can then be pulled to the cup edge clamps 26 so that the star housing 20 can be hooked completely freely centered in the cup of an instrument to the cup edge clamps 26 because this is possible with all kinds of length, s of elastic system can be used for all types of wind instruments with 10 with a cup end which is the case in 99% of the instruments.
By making an elastic to length for 1 type of instrument (cup diameter), you can also go 4 pieces of elastic of the desired length from the holes 22 directly to the cup edge 26, so the system can only be used for that instrument with that diameter of the cup.
15 door dat het elastiek door het gat 22 van de ster punt 21 als een lus gehaald wordt is het mogelijk daarna het elastiek over de punt te halen waardoor je het vast kan trekken, als men dit herhaald op al de 4 de punten 21 dan heeft men een vrij gewoven elastiek, tussen de punten 21 ontstaan 4 lussen die daarna naar de bekerklemmen 26 getrokken worden omdat nu de microfoon behuizing vrij hangt aan de elastieken is de trillings overdracht 20 tot het minium beperkt gebleven, omdat het microfoon systeem maar 2 cm boven de rand van de beker uitsteekt is het mogelijk door dat ook het elastiek voor bewegings ruimte zorgt het systeem op een instrument te laten zitten en het zo op te bergen in de koffer daar de bekerrand klemmen 26 zo klein zijn als mogelijk was is bij 95% van de merken instrumenten dit mogelijk.15 because the elastic is passed through the hole 22 of the star point 21 as a loop, it is possible to then pull the elastic over the point so that you can tighten it, if this is repeated on all 4 points 21 with a freely woven elastic, 4 loops are created between the points 21, which are then drawn to the cup clamps 26 because now the microphone housing hangs free from the elastics, the vibration transfer 20 is limited to the minimum, because the microphone system is only 2 cm above the rim of the cup protrudes, it is possible that the elastic also provides space to leave the system on an instrument and store it in the case as the cup edge clamps 26 are as small as possible at 95% of the brands of instruments this is possible.
25 Door een 4 punts ophang systeem van de microfoon behuizing in combinatie met de eerst op de klemmen op de bekerrand in verbinding met de elastiek 25 is uit ruime test gebleken dat door deze combinatie het systeem zeer licht in gewicht trill en stoot vrij gecentreerd hangend niet van een instrument zal afvallen ook al valt het instrument om of op de grond en het heeft geen invloed op de balans van vele instmmenten.25 Due to a 4-point suspension system of the microphone housing in combination with the first on the clamps on the cup edge in connection with the elastic 25, it has been proven that this system vibrates very lightly in weight and does not center freely hanging while this combination is used. an instrument will fall off even if the instrument falls over or on the ground and does not affect the balance of many instruments.
The specially invented ring 28 offers the possibility to attach this system to all types of clarinets with a wooden cup.
