Abstract
The invention relates to an assembly method for creating a sealed membrane by assembling plates made of a fluidtight material, the assembly method comprising: - placing a first plate (1), a second plate (2) and a third plate (3) on a support surface; - creating a first continuous weld line (6) on the transverse strip of the first plate (1) which overlaps the third plate (3); - creating a second continuous weld line (7) on the longitudinal strip of the second plate (2) which overlaps the third plate (3); - positioning a fourth plate (4) on the support surface; - creating a third, continuous, fillet weld line (8) along a longitudinal side (4a), along a corner zone (4c) which has a convex curved portion and along a transverse side (4b) of the fourth plate (4) so as to assemble the fourth plate (4) with the first, second and third plates (1, 2, 3).
