Abstract

A wiping sheet ( 1 0) includes a fiber aggregate in which first fibers (20) and second fibers (40) that have a smaller diameter than the first fibers are entangled, and has a first surface (50Y) that serves as a wiping surface and a second surface (50X) that is located on the opposite side to the first surface. The proportion of the second fibers (40) that are present at the first surface is higher than the proportion of the second fibers that are present at the second surface. A plurality of protrusions (50A) are formed on the first surface (50Y) side, and in a top portion (50T) of each protrusion (50A), the proportion of the first fibers (20) that are present in the top portion (50T) to all the fibers constituting the protrusion (50A) is higher than the proportion of the second fibers (40) that are present therein. In a base portion (50B) of each protrusion (50A), the proportion of the second fibers (40) that are present in the base portion (50B) to all the fibers constituting the protrusion (50A) is higher than the proportion of the first fibers (20) that are present therein.
