Abstract

A nonwoven fabric, having a first projecting portion (1) projecting to a first surface side in a planar view of the nonwoven fabric (10) in the form of a sheet, and a second projecting portion (2) projecting to a second surface side as the opposite side from the first surface, wherein a plurality of the first projecting portions and the second projecting portions are, alternately through wall portions, distributed in two directions of a first direction and a second direction in a planar view of the nonwoven fabric, wherein the wall portion (3) has a fiber orientation along the direction connecting the first projecting portion (1) and the second projecting portion (2) at substantially any point in the surface direction defined as the first direction and the second direction.
